Bulbul, 03 Sep 2011Please describe how you have updated it to 2.1. For upgrade to 1.6 to 2.1, the procedure is given in the video in user support in ur x8 and you have to connect ur phone to pc..

lg optimus me! far better! practical and user friendly. similar features but much easier to handle

i was just checking through the specs randomly....and it came to my notice that in the OS section it says "upgradable to 2.3"....can someone reasure me if the update is really coming....and when...??? or if this is just another rumour....cause if it is...i'm planning to shift to wildfire s.....i checked the update with the PC companion....and it says that my phone is up to date....i currently have 2.1 update 1...has any newer updates actually come after this....

Hi! It is really upgradable to 2.2 and 2.3? Please teach me how to upgrade? Because everytime I search for updates of the software the phone says that it has already the latest software! Please teach me?

far better then xperia mini..becoz both have the same price.....but d only problm with it is battery life is poor.....rest this cell is a blast....

Especially the camera. But the sad part of it is that it runs on the ordinary Sony Ericsson's JAVA platform..Just that it was highly customized to match the hardware it runs on...Although Aino has relatively powerful hardware specs, it is not a true smartphones unlike X8 which runs on the Android platform..The version of Android that X8 comes with might be outdated, yet X8 supports a variety of apps frm the Android market...To make it brief, if u want a good camera phone without considering installation of apps then Aino is rite 4 u. If u want to save money & enjoy downloading, testing & playing wit variety of apps without considering the camera...then X8 would be a better choice.

Aino is a java based phone,X8 IS android.Aino is just a phone......X8 is a little more than a phone....smart phone.But when you go to cost....X8 is much better.
