The battery won't hold a charge more than 2 days, no matter how long it's charged. The audio is very muffled and the ring can't be turned up loud enough to hear away from the phone. I went back to my old Nokia after just 2 weeks since I couldn't even answer this one without cutting off the caller with a busy signal just by grabbing the case. Unbelievably poor design by any standards.

yes! this phone can play music! and this phone is cool eventhough it is small! but look in the brighter side that this phone reall is good! eventhough it is small! it has all the feature of a phone and this phone is not that bad!

Downlaoddable games,software:
1.) First go to Google.com
2.) then type Sony Ericsson games, there you can download your games and your software but if you want to downlaod wallpapers just type Sony Ericsson Z310 wallpapers.

this much better than Se z320 and z250 bec. this has a bluetooth and has a feflective surface at the buttom and also has other features which z320 and z250 dont have! this SE 310 is cool to use!

very good phone in pink. everytime i get my hands on it never stop touching it lolz ..its my dads phone right now i don't have a phone, my recent phone got dropped in the washer forgot to take it out from my jacket hahahah anywayz still searching for the BEST phone from S.E. i like everything that they had from W580 in metro pink but i want it better than that any suggestions

i just got the pink one for free at att.com with a service contract. i will use it just to call and text. i have a good digital camera, so the camera part doesn't matter. i hope it does ok. but for free? who cares? i also got my husband the black. you people are making me worry.

I got this phone for my 10 yr. old daughter in the pink. First of all, she loves it and that is what matters. It is cool, simple to use, doesn't have a bunch of features that she's too young to understand and best of all it lights up like a disco party with each incoming call. MY ISSUE IS THE VOICE RECORD DOES NOT WORK! This was one of the reasons I choose this phone so we could customize caller id with her friend's voices. Has ANYONE had this issue? AT&T blames Sony Ericsson and Sony Ericsson blames AT&T. I'm told the feature is not available although it is right on the phone. When you hit the record button, it says it's recording, but you cannot play it back. Please let me know if anyone else has had this problem. I does seem like AT&T did not make it available through their software package - I'm pretty disappointed. Overall though, it is a great phone.

Can anyone even open this phone with one hand? it's so annoying, I can't stand it, oh and what camera? the camera sucks!
I just got it not too long ago and I allready have dead pixels
it just has a nice faceplate and keepad, and it lights up, I like the blue, that's pretty much it

I bought this phone brand new 6 months ago and now its not working, ive always had trouble with the battery i charge it every single night because it only lasts a day. But now the screens gone blank after 6 months its just stupid im going to take it in for a warrent but its got scratches on it so im guessing they wont warrent it. Its a kool phone and everything just its not very practical for battery life and I CANT BELIEVE MY SCREEN DOESNT WORK AFTER 6 MONTHS!!! gosh!!

the phone is ok. its not a boring phone.i like the way it looks in black and the features are great but i have had nothing but problems with the battery. i charge it all night and it doesnt last more than a day and a half.even if i dont use it. im going to take it to a servicer here in croatia , but i already know that i will get my phone back having had all the messages read and picutres looked at , the phone will come back all scratched and with a crappy replacement battery thats no better than the old one. judjung by the posts on this site...the battery really sucks big time.

Can someone PLEASE tell me why, when i check the phone status on my phone it tells me the phone model,available memory and the current profile but it will not show the battery percentage?? its so annoying and it displays on my friends phone which is the same model! please help!!??
