the phone is great. i just got it today. It has a alot of neat features. It kinda feels light but i still luv it. I recommand for those who are looking for a phone with a camara that takes good pics, light weight,bluetooth,and mp3.

Hi Sandra, you can go to SE website, then choose product support and your phone models, at "software and setup' section, choose "sony Ericsson Update Service", and download "update Service Setup" size 34.9mb, then prepare a cable data and internet connection. Follow the instruction after you install the software. it may take 10minutes max to update your phone.

FIRST phone i bought, the speaker was buzz everytime i receive incoming call, sms, email. I asked for replacement to SE center and they didnt allow me, so i ask the shop and they agreed to swap it and eventually they gave me a used phone (just realized after few days later), the battery was terrible, never fully charge, and restart automatically few times. THEN, i tried to go to SE website, download the software updater yesterday, and update my phone. RESULT: my phone can "fully charged", never restart so far, and battery still "say" 85% after 15 hours, but i lost the battery status (if you press the volume buttons, it will shows the batt status in %). SW version R6BC002 070607

I have this Z310i. No problemo but the short battery life, less than two days. Hhh..

Hello everybody, well this phone came with a sofgware problem, S.E. knows about this problem and they are changing the software for another one that has fixed the battery issue.
This is similar to Treo´s 680 battery/camera problem, you only need to send the phone to your operator service place and they will update the software.(or firmware or whatever : P )

I bought this phone and have had nothing but trouble, one with the battery and when the phone connects to the other person on the line it would beep. This was only the first phone I had. I got a replacement phone and still it beep when it connected with the other person on the line and then when I let the phones battery go dead it didn't charge. I went to use it and found the phone wouldn't turn on. I liked the look of the phone and it felt good. I like all of the functions on the phone but I would never get an sony ericsson ever again.

most places are selling this phone for like 170 bucks but if you goto the AT&T website you can get it for about 50 bucks. DONT BUY FROM E-BAY OR CRAIGS LIST!!!!!!!!!

When I first got this phone I loved that I could get it in pink. I thought that since my sisters W300i was absolutely great, all sony ericssons must be great. But I've had it for about 5 months and it has been giving me some serious trouble. One thing I'll tell you for sure is the battery sucks tremendously. It doesn't last for more than 2 days even without use. Another thing is it doesn't have good connection. My sister has her Sony ericsson w300i and it has connection almost everywhere, while my phone doesn't even have connection in my house (which is located in downtown)

bear76- just thought i'd let you know that Virgin have agreed to give me a refund on this phone, as the replacement one they sent me was just as bad. the battery is awful. they are aware thatthis is a problem with this phone. i told them i didnt want to wait another 7 weeks for a replacement, so they have agreed to give me my money back. im so glad!!!

got a replacement phone from Virgin, as my my first one had a battery problem. The new phone is just as bad. Im convinced now that this is a crap phone with a crap battery. i wish i never bought it.

When i bought this phone, I heard the continuous static, starting from the moment you dial someone's number, and it continues to hve this static even when talking
Does anyone else have this problem? or know how to fix it?? Thanks!
