Well i'm using this phone for 27 months and it's still good.

    Its a true phone and a price worthy phone.The good thing about the phone is that it never hangs or gets effected by virus.iI am using this phone about 16months and i have droped the phone many times but it is ok.talking about the music qaulity,as it has the clear audio on both its speaker and on its earphones & it is best as comparied with the nokia n70,n71,n70,5200,5300,5310.

      Well the silver colored metal you are saying is made out of metal that is why when it's cold season that colored metal silver gets cold bec. it's made out of metal...

        well i'm using this phone for 18 months and it's still good. one thing is weird-silver colored details on it's cover becomes very cold-like metal or smth. i'm wondering if it's made from aluminium. battery cover haven't got any scratch yet. some1 knows?

          What do you mean that tour bluetooth is not working in your set? Do you mean Handset? and your second question what do you mean your camera is not working properly is it broken?

          well anyway answer first that and I will reply to you after one week and here's the STEPS in how to make your camera work properly;

          STEP 1: Turn on the night mode always eventhough it's day time or night time for clearer camera

          STEP 2: adjust the pixel of your phone by pressing the volume button on the right side of your phone that has a positve and negative button

          STEP 3: adjust the brightness of your phone that can be seen on the settings...

                      Here are the STEPS in how to install the KD MP3 Player on your phone z550 and If you want to upgrade your phone z500 to W-Series just follow this steps and I know you want to make your sounds more louder and I have just had found you a software and the name of the software is "KD PLAYER", just follow this STEPS that I will give to you;


                      STEP 1; Go to this site and download this KD Player;

                      STEP 2; After downloading the Kd Player, open the KD Player;

                      STEP 3. After opening the Kd Player, there's a question there that will appear and the question goes like this "Allow application to read user data?", click "YES"

                      STEP 4. After that go to the "Playlist" then Select "New Playlist", then after that put a name that you want over the "Name of the Playlist" for exmaple I want "John" to be the name of my Playlist after that then click "Ok"

                      STEP 5. After that the question appears again "Allow application to read user data?" clcik "Yes"

                      STEP 6. After that go to "e:/" then a question will appear again "Allow application to read user data?" click "Yes"

                      STEP 7. After taht select "MSSEMC" then a question will appear again "ALlow application to read user data?" click "Yes"

                      STEP 8. Select "Media files" then a question will appear again "Allow application to read user data?" click "Yes"

                      STEP 9. Select "audio/" then a question again
                      will apear "Allow application to read user data?" click "Yes"

                      STEP 10. Then select the songs you want, after selecting the sounds you want, click "More" near the select then click "Finish"

                      STEP 11. After that Go to "Playlist" and Select the name of the Playlist that you have chosen in STEP 4, Please read STEP 4 and for example in STEP 4 I have chosen "John" that's the name of the Playlist that you I have chosen,

                      STEP 12. After that when you want to play your MP3 music just go to "Kd Player" and play your MP3 music there and find the difference bet. "Kd Player" from your ordinary "Media Player" and I can assure you that the software that I gave to you this "Kd Player" has much louder bass and sound combustion like a Walkman Player than the ordinary "Media Player" that is already in your phone.

                        i have been using the phone for a year now ... we dropped the phone in soap water, dropped it in a soft drink , kids are used to literally throw the phone around ... the phone lives ... this phone is truely a cat phone for me ... it has 9 lives .. mine has done 5 and i am very carefull now as it has only 4 more to go ... ha!ha!ha! ... gr8 phone..

                              I can't find a software for the camera and I'm still waiting for them to produce a software about the camera and while waitnig shree for the software for the camera of this phone after taking picture, try editing them using youy "Microsoft Office Picture Manager" in your computer...

                                    HOW TO USE THE INTERNET IN THIS phone z550 and just follow the STEPS that I will give to you below in how to use the internet in this phone z550;

                                    STEP 1: First you must load your phone bec. if your phone doesn't have enough load or credit you cannot browse through your Internet using this phone z550

                                    STEP 2: Go to "Settings"

                                    STEP 3: Go to "Connectivity"

                                    STEP 4: Select "Internet Settings"

                                    STEP 5: Select "Internet Profiles"

                                    STEP 6: Go to "New Profile"

                                    STEP 7: Select Name and put Your name for example the name you chosed is Joel put Joel after that click "OK" after putting your name Select "Connect Using" and select what account you are using in your phone if your using a SMART, then choose Smart Internet Prepaid then click "Save"

                                    STEP 8: After putting your "Name" and selecting your "Connect Using", Go to Internet Profiles and select the name you have given in your "Name" for example you have put Joel, so choose Joel by clicking "Select"

                                    STEP 9: After that Go back again to "Internet Profiles" and click "More" to the Name you have given Joel

                                    STEP 10: Select "Advanced" after selecting "Advanced", select "Change Homepage" and put your name again "Joel" after that click "OK" after clicking "OK" edit your "Address" by putting the address you want to surf for example the website I want to surf is "Http://friendster.com.com" so that is the address I wil put there after that click "OK" then save your "Change Homepage"

                                    STEP 11: After saving your "Change Homepage", go back to your menu, click "Menu" then after that Select "Internet services" after that when your already in the "Internet Services" click "More" after that Select "Go to" after selecting "Go to" select the name you have given "Joel"

                                    STEP 12: after that you can browse through your favorite website that you have chosen that is "Http://friendster.com"

                                    STEP 13: If you want to change your "Homepage" just go back to the "Change Homepage" and edit the address you want to surf

                                    STEP 14: if you have problem message me here.... Enjoy and have Fun
