I suggest that you convert your videos to 3Gp bec. this phone only accepts 3Gp videos and if you nedd a converter just message me here and i will give ii to you...

to all of the people there who has this phone Z550 and has a problem don't hessitate to ask me so that I could help you with your problems and I can give you SOFTWARE you need in this phone z550....... and anybody there who doesn't know how to use the INTERNET in this phone z550 and also doesn't know how to use the PlayNow? I can show you the STEPS in how to use the "INTERNET" and how to use also the "PlayNow" in this phone z550.... just leave your question here at Z550 "Post Your Opinion about Sony Ericsson z550" and I will read your messages and answer it next week OK...

shree, 18 Dec 2008Y the camera is doll i need some good software can u tell me well shree the only solution to your problem is adjust the brightness of your phone by pressing the plus sign volume buttom that is located on your right side of your phone that has a minus and a positive sign...if you have any question again don't hessitate to tell me so that I can help you with your prblem again... If you want to upgrade your phone z500 to W-Series just follow this steps and I know you want to make your sounds more louder and I have just had found you a software and the name of the software is "KD PLAYER", just follow this STEPS that I will give to you;
STEP 1; Go to this site and download this KD Player;

STEP 2; After downloading the Kd Player, open the KD Player;
STEP 3. After opening the Kd Player, there's a question there that will appear and the question goes like this "Allow application to read user data?", click "YES"
STEP 4. After that go to the "Playlist" then Select "New Playlist", then after that put a name that you want over the "Name of the Playlist" for exmaple I want "John" to be the name of my Playlist after that then click "Ok"
STEP 5. After that the question appears again "Allow application to read user data?" clcik "Yes"
STEP 6. After that go to "e:/" then a question will appear again "Allow application to read user data?" click "Yes"
STEP 7. After taht select "MSSEMC" then a question will appear again "ALlow application to read user data?" click "Yes"
STEP 8. Select "Media files" then a question will appear again "Allow application to read user data?" click "Yes"
STEP 9. Select "audio/" then a question again
will apear "Allow application to read user data?" click "Yes"
STEP 10. Then select the songs you want, after selecting the sounds you want, click "More" near the select then click "Finish"
STEP 11. After that Go to "Playlist" and Select the name of the Playlist that you have chosen in STEP 4, Please read STEP 4 and for example in STEP 4 I have chosen "John" that's the name of the Playlist that you I have chosen,
STEP 12. After that when you want to play your MP3 music just go to "Kd Player" and play your MP3 music there and find the difference bet. "Kd Player" from your ordinary "Media Player" and I can assure you that the software that I gave to you this "Kd Player" has much louder bass and sound combustion like a Walkman Player than the ordinary "Media Player" that is already in your phone.

i am unable to save the still photo. when i take a photo after that it moves out. when i see after opening the folder. there is no current photo.

hi.. can anyone please tell if this phone is a good one?.. is its camera good even if its only 1.3 megapixel?... i just want to have a phone that has a radio, gud sound quality and nice camera..is SE Z750 & Z610 better than this oNe.. i kinda like this fone bcos it looks so simple..

HOW TO USE THE INTERNET OF THIS PHONE Z550;
Here are some TIPS in how to use the internet of your pohne z550 just follow my tips below;
TIP 1: You must load your phone first with a prepaid card and you must have a big load to access through the internet in your phone z550
TIP 2: Go to Settings
TIP 3: Go to Connectivity
TIP 4: Go to Internet Settings
TIP 5: Go to Internet profiles
TIP 6: Go to "New profile" and create your "New Profile" by filling your "Name" and "Connect Using"
TIP 7: In "Connect Using" select what network are you using in your phone z550 when you are loading your phone...for example I'am using a SMART prepaid card so I Chosed "SMART INTERNET PREPAID"
TIP 8: After Choosing and filling up your 'New Profile" click save
TIP 9: after clicking save, select the profile you have made then after that go to "more" in your right side you will see the "more" and choose "Advanced"
TIP 10: After choosing "Advanced" select "Change Homepage" then edit your "Name" and edit to your "Address"
TIP 11: In your "Address" put your favorite website and don't forget to put "http://" always... for example I wan't to browse through my friendster, this is the correct format "http://friendster.com"
TIP 12: After that click ok and save it again
TIP 13: After saving it go to "Internet Services" in your main menu that has a icon logo of a earth
TIP 14: after that click "more" after clicking "more" select "Go to" and select the name you have made above the "Bookmarks" not the Bookmarks but above the "Bookmarks"
TIP 15: After that then you can browse to your favorite website that you have chosen in your "Internet profile"
TIP 16: If you want to changed the homepage of your website just go back again to your "Internet Profile" and edit the address you want to surf
