i got 1 sony ericson z550i now and its very nice i have a great pleasures especially the music coz i love music very much! so buy now and have a fun with it!

I have a Z550i and a Nokia Roxy. The Z550i is good except the ring volume is way too low. If it rings in my hand bag while I'm on the train or any noisy envio I have no hope of hearing it but if my Roxy ring in bag I hear it easily

I bought this phone a few days ago.. seems okay but the bad thing is that it did not come with a PC Suite Disc or a data transfer cable, so now i have to buy it off ebay.

Model is OK. Till now I was using low end mobile and the battery was being charged once in 3 days. But now after buying this I have to charge once in 2 days. Is is all the high end mobiles are like this?

Hi I want to buy this mobile phone.
Its configuration seems to be satisfying for me.
In my job I always use the mobile phone and I am afraid that the z550i is not strong enought to bear the frequent opening and closing.
Could you confirm this for me.

rubbish phone very weak in picking up cells. when nokia and motorola have 2 bars z550i has no service. dont buy this phone unless you live under a tower. Battery life very poor as well

Hi,
I bought Sony Ericsson Z550i in December 2006.The volume for this phone is not enough and the sound quality is not that better.
I want to know regarding the memory cards and their prices available for this phone.

I used this phone from almost 7months... no major technical issues. Only problem is with the keypad and screen... within 1 month... the screen is spoiled with the keypad.. ppl say to close the phone soft but still it is worse... whole screen had keypad impression :( another issue is with the flip... soon its getting loose... rest all ...

As far as the speaker goes in these phones its not as loud as the W810i's (i think thats the black one lol my flatmate owns it) however nor is it unhearable like people are making out. It will play music at a rather loud volume and it rings loud enough for me to hear it even when I'm out. However if you want a phone that acts like a boom box there are other models that are better.

i'm thinking about buying this phone.
but a lot of opinions on this site say that the speaker is bad.
does anyone know how bad/good the speaker of the z550 is comparing it with an w810i?
