Tanya you can go to mobileheart.com and download lots of free stuff for the z550i. This is my spare phone and is a great phone with nice camera, good radio and 1000 contacts with photo dialing with individual ringtones for contacts. Best flip phone in its class

i recently bought a Sony Ericsson Z550i and i think that it is very appopriate for someone of my age... (im a teen) it has everything that i needed, Bluetooth, good quality camera, and a mp3 player. however i think that it should have come with a memory stick instead of me having to go out and buy one with my own money... the sound quality isnt very loud but it still plays the songs i like at a reasonable volume. so if anyone wants a good quality mobile phone at a reasonable price, (i got mine for $198) then the Sony Ericsson Z550i is the way to go!! ^^

I think this phone is good, i have had it for 1week, and its really easy to use. The Sound might not be very loud, but it works very well with headphone more than speakers. And very cheap for a phone that includes Bluetooth, MP3 Player and a 1.3mp camera / video

I bought Z550i and i'm very satisfact, he have a good camera, good sound quality and the software is so easy to use. It's a exellent phone!

i bought this phone 2 months ago, and i update the system firmware. Until now i can only says that it is amazing is the best phone of it categorie and for it price. The best phone i have ever have. The sound quality could be better, and SOFTWARE of the camera (2.0).

hi, i recently bought the z550i and the z310 and the z310i is so much better. i thought the other would be good because of its features but trust me its cheap and crap.

i purchased this phone 3 months back.overall it is nice phone.sound quality is good but lacks loudness and punch,keypad is very hard.the camera is decent.overall a nice phone with good features

well i bought a z550a and it lasted one week it just froze and i had to take out the battery to get it back to normal and the phone needs to be charged ever so often it is the worst phone i ever purchase

I've been use d phone a year ago... everything works fine till today. Many rumours (some about the white screen) just depend on the software vwrsion. Go to your official service center and upload it fur free. The main issue are about the Camera and sound quality. It doesn't be a matter since I never count on camera phone to shoot high quality pic. so, anyone(this model is unisex) who want to get stylish, elegant, with low cost, just go for it.
