@soreena
I haven't been able to get them on a computer without a USB cable. If you want to see the photos, you should go to: http://www.mobile-review.com/review/sonyericsson-z550-en.shtml
They've got photo samples.

@no name
You should be able to listen to songs shen the flip is closed. I can. Maybe you should go to a service centre to fix the problem.
To change tracks or stations when the flip is closed is easy. Just press the volume keys to get rid of keylock, and then hold it up (forward) or down (previous) to skip tracks.
@Reneta
Get the Z550. It has a better battery capacity, FM radio, a better mp3 player with unlimited storage (depends on memory card size), MUCH better interface, better camera and it's cheaper. The interface is the main thing though. Motorolas are much uglier and harder to use compared to Sony Ericssons, not to mention slow. Trust me on that one. And the Sony Ericsson has real themes that change the entire look of the phone, not just colours. They even animate smoothly and quickly. There's even a feminen one on the phone which looks pretty good though, I'm a guy...
The V3i may be thinner, but it is far too wide and tall compared to the Z550.
Z550 all the way!

I just bought this phone and find it great value for money. However, i have a few problems that I hope somebody can help me with.I cannot change the radio channels using the handsfree. I have to open the phone. Similarly, the shell has to be kept open to listen to an MP3 song. If i close it, the song just goes off.I wonder if i can change the radio channel or continue to listen to MP3 without opening the phone? The battery also seems to be a bit poor. Almost 85% had been exhausted in a day, with minimal use of the phone.

@Lex
Thanks :)
@soorena & all
About the loose back cover, it's really to fix. I just got a piece of cardboard (a tissue box is fine), and cut it to about the size of 3 x 2cm and put it on the left side of the battery, and then close up the cover, and a tight fit! Works very well.
Here's an image of how to do it:

Great value phone. Owned two for the last month, great features, neat design, no flaws yet found. One thing though, if you intend to use this is an MP3 player you should buy a better set of earphones then the ones supplied as standard. They do NOT compare to the level of quality of a good stand alone MP3 player (Creative MuVo). This is NOT a critisism though, just an observation, I never expected them to perform to the same level given the overall low price of the whole package.

Hi Shaliron,
Thanks for your reply.
1.I believe the fading time of the main display is a big problem (for me) cause if you are reading a lengthy bank account number ,then you are bound to do up and down arrow to keep the diusplay alive.
2.In the call list and all,instead of showing the phoine number together,it shows in a scrolling mode,atleast for me ,is disturbing.
3.Battery/Signal strength is shown only for a short duration in un the external screen .after that only clock remains.
Regards

@New Bee
You can't adjust any of those settings through the phone, but the signal and battery strength should automatically be displayed on the outer screen.

All All,
Can somebody tell me how to
1.Increase the fading time of the main display when phone is in open state?
2.Adjust the font size of the numbers/text messages?
3.Any way to increase brighness of the xternel clock displayed?
4.Is there any way to display the battery/signal strength is the external display?
Thanks in Advance

You can't change the cover, but there would be no need to. The phone looks great as it is.

@Lex
Sorry mate. Can't find an app, and I'm not usually a heavy use of mobile apps as well, so I don't really know where to search.
