Mobile-Review says the FM radio has TrackID, but this site's specs sheet says otherwise. What is it?

Yes there is speakerphone. And one Can use a mp3 as ringtone. The phone should even come with some on the m2 card. Just open the file manager, in to music, highlight a mp3 (they should be indicated by icon), hit more, select use as, select ringtone. All in all its a nice phone. Only problem so far is what i suspect to be a bad battery connector. The phone sometimes dies when i close it. One spotts it by the external screen not turning on when doing so. It appears that pushing in the charger port ever so often help to counter this...

Wow, I've had this phone for less than a week and I must say I am amazed. I only got this as a temp phone until the W580 comes out but it has surpassed all of my expectations. The music player is not first class like the Walkman Player Ver2.0, but it should satisfy most audiophiles out there. The camera is not one of SE finest but it also get the job done. However there is one downside to this phone, and that is it's inability to use mp3 files as ringtones. However I have found a loophole, if you convert the mp3 file to a .wav file then it will allow you to use it (hope that answers your question ANDY), the quality of the converted file does become a bit shoddy but not to the extent that it is inaudible. So, if you are looking for a nice well rounded beginner phone or temp phone I highly recommend the Z710.

yap you can see who is calling or text you on the external screen, but sometimes i just wondering if some of the users of this phone experiencing what i had, that if someone calling you and you did not pick it up soon, it will send a busy tone to the caller??? can someone experienced that???

Does this phone display the number or name of the person calling on the outside display? Or do you have to open the phone to see who is calling?

It's the first cell I have owned.. so far I'm happy.. It might not be the best on the market but It does what its supposed to.. On top of that With 1 geg of mem you can also use it as a back up for inportant files (really documents) on your computer) People try to remember.. It is a phone its intended to talk to other people.. and it does just that.. All the others are extras :)

I posted before, asking for any Z710 - K550 comparison. There 's another question I have. Currently I have the T230 -ancient :P- mobile. Sometimes I may be too busy and have only one hand free to pick up the phone. So I' m wondering if the clamshell will be any problem and whether it’s really functional , as I’ve never had a phone with one before. Thanx in advance.

yap, there is a digital zoom in this phone although your right coz its affect the quality of the pictures..well so far as i have this phone, i have no problem with it, and happy to use it..

it has 4x DIGITAL zoom i think. Which means it loses picture quality when zooming. But as with other SE mobiles, i don't think you can zoom when in the highest picture quality and size. Well i don't have the phone so someone who does - prove me wrong :p

I find it to be a good phone, as one other person said the camera is not as good as I am used to.The radio is very good and clear.I would also like the volume of the ring tones to a little louder but on the whole it`s a very good phone.

You can't put a picture on Z710's second external because it's white on blue monochrome 1.5" STN display
