cool design but very lame in picture quality and the most annoying is you cant zoom your picture.

Ok for phone calls. Used it in Vietnam and reached Saigon from near Laos loud and clear. Same with incoming calls. Otherwise, do not buy an unlocked Z710i if you expect to use email and internet functions. Sony claims that it can program phone for our carrier. No Way! But if you want a small phone with great reception....

why not even one clamshell model never has autofocus- that is a big mistake - AUTOFOCUS MUST BE IN ALL SONYERICSSON MODELS - then SE will be no.1-- a friendly advice for SE managment - in a body of W/Z_710 put camera 3.2mpx-autofocus-xenon flash- led light -wlan - and you get the best phone in the world - and why volume key is no longer shortcut for letters when typing sms

My best SE cell phone so far, have dropped it countless times and still no problem, either with battery, bought it 4 years ago.All buttons still functioning perfectly even after many java games.I love it!!! :)

its a superb set..i have been using it for more than 6 years..it has done more than 7000hrs of talktime...never had even a slight complaint inspite of my very rough usage..

I have had this phone since Feb/07, up till this day it still functions properly. I've been so lucky with this handset. After all those times when it dropped from my bed to the floor and after i misplaced it and somehow found it soaked with coffee, all i had to do was replaced the battery (luckily, my sis had exact the same phone) and the keys still functions the same. It still allows me to make my phonecalls, record sound files, send text, picture and video messages. I personally thinks that SONY ericsson is a very strong, good quality long lasting phone compare to all other phones I know. Its very reliable, simple and easy to use. Its not the best looking phone in the world BUT! its great with all the features (i.e. bluetooth, picture, text, sounds, ringtones). Definitely, would rate it a 8.5

This phone is great, I am posting this message merely for the respect I have to it. Dropped it real hard several times, Nothing. A wave took it into the ocean, nothing, left it in my pants in the washing machine, heck its even better. Had it for 2 and a half years and still going strong. I wouldn't change this baby for anything else. I mean the technology nowadays isn't half as good as many other cells out there, but it serves its purpose...

I had this phone for over a year. Great phone. Droped it, got water in it and still works like a monster. Just switched it with sony ericsson w380. Z710 is better then most sony ericssons.
