some people who keep saying it got problems are die hard nokia fans who are afraid of zylo taking over c5's market...
coz zylo beats c5 in all aspects be it screen size,density,motion gaming,vga video at 24fps,music dedicated keys,shutter keys,walkman,shake control,internal memory,multitasking,or scratch resistant screen......... .flac music playback,HD audio playback and several others.....
accept the change folks ,zylo is a real winner from sony after quite some time
just compare c5 and zylo if you are against my view......

Zylo is not as convinient as it looks...its been less than 6 months since i got the phone and this is the second time i'm facing the display-blackout problem.
Let me be more specifc, the display just goes blank.I had given it for service the first time, and i got it back from them after a month( coz they said they hadnt recieved the parts).. and now..2 months after the service .. it just decided to go blank once again.. This is very annoying as i require my phone on a daily basis.. Can anyone suggest some numbers on which i can contact them...?Is there any use of asking for a replacement, coz im clearly not interested in a 'repair'!
And for those of you reading this...if you are thinking bout buying Zylo, then i have a word of advise... "big mistake"... i had my faith in sony ericsson, and i now im absolutely shattered...

Dear Sir ,
Zylo ( W 20 ) - Sony Ericson's mobile phone is supposed to be a high end phone with lot of features . But my experience is contrary . Within 6 months of purchase the display went wrong . The phone was submitted to an Authorized Sony Ericson's service Center . It has been more than a month since the phone was submitted ( on 25th dec 2010 ) and the Company is yet to provide any replacement of the said part. Worst part is the Company does not say anything concrete . No one picks up the phone at customer care center . Even e-mails are of no help. Such a pathetic situation for customers. I got my new loop mobile sim. Some people say it's the same as before, others say it's clearer and others say it still breaks up when i move away from my window into my room. Anyway, let's close the network chapter here and assume my provider is crap.
While i was roaming, in (slightly) noisy situations, i've had to strain to understand what the other person is saying. It's not an issue of loudness, but speaker clarity. The sound is just kind of muffled, not crystal clear sharp and bright like the t610 used to deliver. And it's almost useless when using as speakerphone. I can't hear the other party through the crappy loudspeaker and they cant hear me very well either which i don't know why.
I really like the phone for everything but making phone calls.

james fuentes, 28 Jan 2011Is there anyone here that has had a long history with walkm... moreI haven't owned a walkman phone before this, but have used a lot of friends' walkmans, and i think the w810 was one of the best all rounders. The zylo has the treble too accentuated which will cause ear fatigue with long periods of listening, so the eq should be adjusted accordingly. The bass, which is called 'clear bass' is surprisingly not so, kind of muddy and not well defined, so i keep it at level 1 of clearbass. as you've asked, the zylo isn't exactly 'warm'. I've felt it kind of cool if not cold in terms of audio delivery. Hope you understand what i mean. FYI i'm using it with my ep-635s.

i have a little problem. is it possible to record video at QVGA with this handset? because its VGA recording eats my memory fastly.. thanks

The phone is fine, for me the battery life is fine, and the texting is real comfortable... and with its HSDPA the Web is really good.
