all the sets which were made or imported after november didnt have that problem.

Just check the box if it is written september or october(Year of import) then it is from new production

I purchased Zylo @ Rs.7500 from Delhi, India on December, 2010. Its audio quality on headphone is not much loud, but is the best. Its loud speaker also transmit not loud volume, but the quality of music is highly appreciable. The camera is ok. Screen is big. I like watching movies on it because of its large screen. It has video calling. Applications are easy downloadable from net like documentViewer and dictionary. I love my Zylo. M happy with it
