when i use camera n zoom in on this phone, its not clear like all my past xperia. and also color is not vivid like older xperias. so it has more pixels but less vivid, then we should prefer the color, cuz we can tell, instead of more pixels that we couldnt tell anyways

I just don't see why this phone is nearly a thousand euro. It still has a thick bezel up top, the specs are high but there are far better choices out there for around 500 euro with similar specs I'm also surprised the camera is only 12mp.

Just pre-ordered my US variant unlocked Xperia 1 from Amazon. Hoping to get my free WH-1000XM3 headphones also...Amazon has no notic of getting the headphones free with pre-orders. B&H have the phone & headphones pre-order deal up on their site. Hopefully Amazon update their site as Amazon, B&H, Best Buy & others are supposed to offer this deal with pre-order/purchase from now til the US Jul 12th release date.

always use Sony Xperia, I had the Z3, it still works, but I migrated more than a year ago XZ Premium, I still use it satisfactorily, my next Sony will be Xperia 2, I look forward to it, I have never failed, thanks Sony.

just like google pixel 3 price at the beginning
in 20january was 966$..now its 370$
they must learn, don't pricing devices so high
samsung learn that, bcuz now too many manufacturer makes good phones with low prices
for example.3 years ago samsung release a9 pro(2016) for 540$
now @ the beginning of introducing galaxy a60 2019
currently you can find it 248$ @ aliexpress

Currently I am using this phone nearly 3 weeks and about battery life which is fine for me. With normal usage after unplugging the phone at 7:00am in the morning I got 35% battery left at night. Though I am not heavy user.

I have the Xperia 1 sine the day ut was release and i have testet the phone like around quality camera peformance and mant other apps which are preinstalled and did nt Foyns any issues all of that nonsens you read see om you tube videos are none feiring om ny Xperia 1 and batterylife is suprisesingly good . But there some thing Sony has to fixe in the Cinema pro app here i agere with gsmarena but other then that the Xperia 1 is an excellent phone and it can stand out og it's own. The design and buildquality is also excellent over all the Xperia 1 delievers .
