Poor sony, Out dated design, low battery, Odd features, How can you survive?
for 4K screen, 3330 mah batter? what a joke?

Xperia 1 should have had at least 3600 mah battery, it's too small for a 4k display. Camera isn't that much worthy. They reduce sensor size and it's become a normal camera like competitors. A bigger sensor probably 1/2.3 with same configuration would have been standout module. Look at their mid range offerings, meh!! Who would by those entry level phone with entry level SD 630/636 when there are xiaomi, realme, Huawei, Vivo, oppo even Samsung with much better configuration at a much less price point? They called it super mid ranger. Ha ha ...joke of this year MWC. SONY please get rid of those brain less people of your mobile division or welcome to underworld, join HTC!

Even apple confirmed they slow older devices via updates so every customer is forced to buy a new apple after year or two of usage because he thinks his device is odd and needs to be replaced or at least battery.
Apple is nothing but a thiefs which with every year dehonesting its customers.
And those like you defends them and promote them despite the fact the they deserve nothing but punishment.

Awful aspect ratio, 16:9 is the best. I currently have the XZ Premium and I love it, and in another year or two I shall get the XZ2 Premium and after that I have no idea what I will get. At least for the moment, these 2 phones should last me several years. I so have an XA Ultra which is also a 16:9 aspect ratio, so I'm loving the XZ and XA series, but the X1 is a massive fail.

Other Phone companies are making batteries of up to 5500 mAh power. But Sony is still stuck in 3000's. It's frustrating to be in a Club at night, while other people are using their phones, Yours is in your Pocket with No Battery.

I'm waiting sony smartphone with model classi C901 have alpha numeric keypad, big camera resolution with xenon and led flash, 5G internet connection and os android 9 or windows 10 with usb mhl or micro HDMI.

no headphone jack plus very long mobile . no buy this product.
and 3k mah is not good battery life for this.

Why are they advertising it as 4K? It only has 3840 pixels in the longest dimension, not 4096!

Now a days mobiles comes with 4000/5000 mah battery and sony is still on 3000/3200 mah battery i dont know why sony is doing like this

Xperia 1 is a very beautiful and powerful phone, it is sure. The main problem seems to be the usual flaw of Song phones - battery. No matter what technology they can put, 3330mAh is relatively not much, especially for the 4K OLED display. If user had to use some 1080P for most of the time, it would affect the experience of using this premium phone, IMO.

Other reviewers say Xperia 1 doesn't have wireless charging but here it stated that it has qi wireless charging tho not fast wireless charging... so does it have it or not?
