But so far I would say the battery performance is more than enough for me the whole day with wifi & mobile data combined , fast charging is not needed yet during this pandemic

Anonymous, 28 Jul 2021Maybe your normal fast charger is not compatible with the s... moreyes that would be my guess. This Sony adapter supports 1.85A @ 16V with PPS, as well as 2A @ 15V with PDO. Some of the adapters I tested also support at least 2A @ 15V with PDO, so my current hypothesis is that the Xperia 10 III might only support fast charging at 16V through PPS.
If true, this would be rather limiting (and a shame) as I believe that not many existing adapters support 16V through PPS. So much for using 'standardized' USB-C power adapters with PD.

Frank, 28 Jun 2021so I've got one of these, and am wondering how to use ... moreSony Asia now lists the Sony XQZ-UC1 charger for fast charging at 30W, which costs around 50 EUR.
I'm still not sure why this phone cannot seem to use standard USB-C chargers with PD to charge at a faster rate than 7-8W. Never had this issue with the Samsung Galaxy S8 which happily does a fast charge (@ 15W) with standard USB-C PD.

Anonymous, 25 Jul 2021It's still very new since it was launched. I doubt son... moreSony have already pushed out 2 software updates. And similar green tint issue was also with with many other manufactures, like Samsung, OnePlus etc, but were fixed with software updates.
So all we can do is just let Sony know and software issues will be fixed sooner or later.

Maybe it depends of the model, as there are - SO-52B, SOG04, XQ-BT52 and A102SO?
