However this is the comment section for the 10 mark IV. The word premium can't be used for the SD 695. Would you consider a 3 second delay on the camera premium? How bout a dim subpar amoled panel? For this price it's not asking too much for the SD778 or even the 860 to be used. I bought the mark III and returned it last year because of these problems. I was hoping this year Sony would make leaps with this phone. The only leap they made was with the price. They even dropped the glass back for plastic. A lot of people like myself would love to own a Sony because of the little details they still enjoy ( headphone jack, microsd, clean android UI), however it's the price to bad performance ratio that is killing them.

tbh I'm more pissed it cannot do higher than 30fps in 1080p.

There're folks who cannot stand puncholes/waterdrops and bulging cameras.
Then there're those who want decent sound with Hi-Res support, both wired and wireless, and a wide range of supported Bluetooth codecs.
Moreover, think about those who like outstanding battery care features, real physical proximity sensors, side-mounted fingerprint sensors, LED indicators, and Sony's careful approach to Android customization.
And finally, business people who use their smartphones for communication on the go, and want their device to be easily pocketable, comfortable to use with one hand, and reliable in terms of battery life.
Now Sony's market are those folks who can afford to and are willing to pay a premium for some or all of the above.
If there are no inherent design flaws and PWM is better than on 10 III, I'll be one of them.
