Anyone has any way to solve this? tried restart, forced restart but nothing helps, i don't wants to factory reset because bank app has to reactivate again which hassle lots.

And Sony doesn't do anything special to dissipate heat unlike some other gaming phone.

Unfortunately this phone does not have VoLTE (In Australia), don't know why. I bought it outright. What a waste!

In fact, they decided that they won't be selling Xperia 1 VI in States and want to focus in JP market.
I think it is very concerning.
Perhaps they aren't so interested in smartphone business as they can't compete well (due to failure of their marketing strategy, which actually happened with many other big JP companies that are falling these days).

All is wonderful again with this gorgeous phone! I'm love with 1tb capacity storage, and earphone jack so I can listen to my vast music library through my high-end Shure earphones!! No Bluetooth for me👏

I agree with him, the camera is fantastic and I bought it to help with product photos so it's important to me that the camera IS good, genuine imagery. It doesn't matter what the market share is, Sony don't really spend much on advertising their phones so that makes a difference. If you don't want one or don't like them that's fine, but I'm guessing you've never even tried one out. Don't knock what you have never tried, 3% is STILL millions of phones sold. Stick to listening to ads to make your choice, that's what they're there for, to make you buy.

I bought the Xperia 1 vi four months ago. Not for the fancy camera, but for the earphone jack, expandible storage, and stereo speakers. I loved this phone. HOWEVER, it ceased to receive/send mobile calls/data last week because Australia has rolled out a new 4G network that the Xperia 1 vi is INCOMPATIBLE with. (And yes, I said new 4G network! We're still in the stone age😂)

Unfortunately, Sony's share is only 3 % even in its home country, which means many people are in fact having difficult time understanding what's good about it.
If things are really that good, there needs no marketing because people will know by themselves, or am I missing something.

Expensive phone but with a BIG problem: overheating! Especially after making some photos or videos you will see a message that some functions wont work anymore until... cooling! I expected more seriousness from this company regarding this problem, a major update about but really nothing until now (and is already running android 14). So I decided eventually to resell it!
