For once, I think I am starting to dislike Sony. I don't like how they're narrowing their customer base to only those that have cash to burn. I still love the phone obviously, I just disagree with Sony's bold direction.

    But since 99,9% of people cant go anywhere without their phone i were right and you are wrong. Since dash charge with Oneplus in 2017 charging speed becomes most important thing in a phone or at least top 5 maybe even top 3.

        Your inly 10 minutes a day makes 70 minutes aweek 310 minutes per month and 3650 minutes a year. Which means 2 and half day of a year wasted by charging every year.
        Thats really bad.

You can buy literally what you want 45w, 25w or whatever. if it supports 45w it will charge at 45w MAX. Samsung doesn't sell S series phones with charger anymore(i think last model that shipped WITH charger inside was s20 series?!), you have to buy it separately. Same for most manufacturers. However your comparison with samsung is very bad because there is only 10minutes~ difference between 45w and 25w charging on s23 ultra.

            Some phones for example samsugng supports up to 45W but sells with only 25W chargers i mean older S series.
            Some other phones are likely same.
            In my case i just got better results with 67W charger instead of original 33W my phone come with.

If you don't believe me just browse xda xperia 1 v subforum. There are thread about this. Sony is hotter but not that much. I still think that it's not that hot to warm you in Siberia lol.

                      A straight 12MPx sensor must be perfect. A 48MPx sensor using quad binning can afford to have a few small defects which are ignored. So, can be cheaper to make than an equivalent 48MPx.
                      In the early days of sensors the variation between cells was so great that periodically you had to do a calibration run. I don't know if this is still necessary, though. I can remember when a 1MPx sensor cost as much as an entire flagship phone does today, and even so reading out the data was problematic.

                              I like almost everything about Sony phones in relation to the competition other than the price. The one thing the previous generations were lacking was a high res camera and now they added it but I still just can't justify the price. If Sony could make this Xperia 1V but use a 1080-1440p screen, mid range chip, 8gb ram, plastic back and get it around 800EUR I'd be on board. The xperia 10 is too small, I do want an aluminum frame which it doesn't have and the cameras simply aren't good enough on the 10. I want to buy your phone Sony but you never target me!

Even Sony gave 2 updates only... I can assure you that the quality is very fine. I already bought this phone (Xperia 1 V) just waiting for it, I know they are no accesories almost in the entire world, but if you have a good take care of the phone you're not gonna need it

                                    I love a lot about this phone however the lack of customisation/accessorising. Never owned an Xperia before, need some pointers!
