a real fan here, but yea sony been lettin me down. its been about 10 years buyin sony every couple months, went uphill in awesomeness n now downhill compare to others. i might switch other brands that are at their uphill stage. more sonys in February announcement is jus more junk

To tall and very narrow, narrow as a 4.9 inch phone with a 16x9 screen totally useless for everything except phone calls, messages and photos...

WiFi reception is low, camera is average at night, battery also average. Regret selling my xz2 premium for this

Probably you are referring to "smart connectivity" option under settings--->network and internet--->advanced--->smart connectivity. I have that option disabled but the problem still exists. Beside that, my wifi signal is at maximum strength all the time. I tried to restore the firmware via xperia companion with no luck. Such a disappointment. My old xperia x performance works flawlessly for 3 and a half years...

I've had miy Xperia 5 for a month or so now! It's really great!! I've at times wanted to use my headphones at the same time as charging though... which can't be done if you don't have wireless headphones, but I guess you know about there not being a 3,5mm jack. Anywy, the phones is great and one of the BEST things about it is the screen! Ofc, it's been during winter, so I haven't been to a sunny beach yet, but I have the screen in "Creator mode" which is said to make the picture even better, I also believe the maximum light strength is stronger, though I haven't tried 'cause I always have around half strength. Though it's on adaptable light stregngth, so it changes when it's lighter around. But wow, the HDR OLED!!! It amazes me when I watch Netflix on it!
