    No disgusting notch or punch hole, 3.5 jack, OIS on main camera, IP 68, 120 hz screen, fast charging. Am I in heaven ? Let's see the price because I might fall down pretty quickly xD

            Ultra Flagships(with 4K screens):
            Xperia Z5 Premium
            Xperia XZ Premium
            Xperia XZ2 Premium;

            Xperia 5
            Xperia 5 II

            So, they kinda merged normal and compact flagship lines, after the XZ series.

                  Finally a fully featured flagship in 2020 and probably my next phone! The only thing about this device that I assume will be a bummer is the glossy, finger-catching back panel. „Frost black” matte variant similar to the limited japanese version of 1 II would be the best, but I guess we aint gonna get anything like that

If that is what you're going for, then the Xperia 1 II is the latest counterpart. While it doesn't match the pixel density, the XZ screen is so much smaller that having it as 4k could be considered pointless, whereas the screen ratio and size for the Xperia 1 II makes 4k that much better.

                        Really high hopes for this! Finally a smaller phone with flagship specs from Sony again :) Been looking for an upgrade from my Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact!

                          From real source
                          the Sony Xperia 5 ii phone screen:
                          is 120hz refresh rate and when running Motion Blur it becomes 240hz refresh rate
                          and 240hz tuch pick-up rate.
                          Sony Xperia 5 ii Camera : is 120fps in 4k recording

                            I admit I am not up on all the tech details and understanding, as much as I like the 5 mark 2, it does not seem to be much of a change from the XZ Premium, indeed dpi is significantly less. Maybe Premium was a ahead of its time, but I struggle to justify changing my premium for a newer "better" phone and adding 200% to my monthly costs

                                Finally a phone that's symmetrical no notch, front facing speakers, at least 120 hz sreen refresh rate, decent battery capacity.

                                  How come 4k @120fps is not listed on the spec sheet?

                                    I'm really interested in Sony and LG phones but I don't understand Sony's ranking.

                                      will this model still be capable of the super slow motion?

                                        [deleted post]Literally the perfect phone now with 120Hz screen and even 240Hz with Sony own motion blur reduction from the X1 II. The most critic on the X1 II is the lack of high refresh screen and unnecessary 4K resolution on tall 6.5 inches. Debatable camera. Price tag is not a problem. Knowing Sony Xperia history it will become dirty cheap after a few months. Know even with OS support till android 13. What can even beat this thing?
