VideoPro and PhotoPro has the best UI (similar to the Venice Camera) and features on the market. If you cant use 2 or 3 buttons it is not my problem. I have brain to use it and I love it. :)

His t... moreNone of that matters the fact that this phone comes with barebone android (that too with short updates) is going to offput alot of people. I only bought sony because of the screen and 3.5mm and honestly if the next one doesn't have good software then that's it for me. Sony advertises their phones as professional creator tools yet use Google apps. I had to get nova launcher bc the default launcher doesn't even have customization options on top of that what the heck happened to Sony's album app it's like they dropped the Xperia apps all together now the OS doesn't even have an identity it's just the same android you'll get on a $200 phone with some Xperia 'pro' apps with mismatched Ui's no wonder their devices are loosing market share, Alpha camera settings and HLG video can only do so much if the software is garbage. The last company that didn't pay attention to it's software and kept giving quirky features was LG

Unmature product, peace of garbage...
Generic android .. no mail client, no proper call log, flare on contrast picture , slow focus, auto bright on display non responsive slow..
General hardware top notch , voice quality in call unmatch. But at the end bitter taste...
Nobody speak about this stuf, probably only number figure are important so dont believe until you buy.

His review of PRO-I was joke. 80% he speak about what he think, and forgot test Video recording - most important feature of that phone (it has even dedicated button to starts VideoPro). Review of 1V was about Porsche.

Finaly the Android 14 has arrive for the Xperia 5 V in Europe it is a huge update the of this update about 1329.8 GB . I was checking it on Xperia check .com this morning but theire was something wrong it was only showing the december security update . But when i turn on my 5V and checked for an update it shows that it was theire i dont know the builtnumber yet course i am downloading it now . God job Sony .

this is just crazy, they are just being stubborn trying to be different but failing every year. they dont want to spend to develop a proper software, lesser important camera, 1980's design, rubbish updates, physical fingerprint scanner still like a low end xiaomi. But somehow charges top tier flagship prices. Selling point is microsd card slot. That audacity.

A phone this expensive without a telephoto lens - this is just sad
Makes me to not want an upgrade
Another thing that boggles me is that it got 20g heavier and thicker than 5 II (probably a battery upgrade
Otherwise looks like a good phone (have experia 5 II)
