U wl nt gt any line..... For updating go to care centere do not update it mannualy....i tu hv d same problem and satisfied by care center..

Never ever buy a sony xperia phone . Its a total faulty device . I bought an xperia c three months back and while talking to my client the phone suddenly died . I tried to restart it with all efforts ranging from hard reset ( followed the procedure stated at sony mobile's website) but it did not helped . Now i have just submitted my phone in my nearest authorized sony service center and the service guy asked a time frame of 3 to 4 days to resolve my issue without even giving a replacement device to use during that time period ......... And now why i said that xperia is a faulty device because there were other customers with the same issue standing in Que .... and i also went through several similar complaints in the internet about this device ...... I have already lost a lot of clients due to this and i don't want others to suffer ...... I think 'll have to buy another device because the service center guy told me that i case of a hardware fault i will get a refurbished one .......

I purchased sony xperia c yesterday, i liked it so much but after a while , i saw a horizontal line everytime i browse my pictures, sometime its a grid line, do i have to make a request for replacement??pls gove me some advice guys,.. Thank you

yaar front camera is worst yaar u cant do video call in that quality
only 1gb ram
the name which sony company earned that was superb
but xpriya lost yaar
when the sony name come,in mind directly come tha camera n music ll be awesome

Hany1979, 24 May 2014I bought xperia c in jan-14 and I found below problems
1- ... more1.install apps2sd from play store, or move ur apps to sd card
2.go to ur camera settings and set the memory to sd card, not phone memory. since u hav a limited phone memory, u hav just 16min of video recording
3.locate the microphone of your phone and try not to cover it when recording videos.
