When i am downloading apps from play store it says insufficient memory or unknown error code 919 or 962
I have a sandisk 16gb sd card out of which 7gb is free
I hav changed the preferred install location to sd card i hav also cleared data for google play store on settings
I bought this fone 3 months ago
Does anyone of u think that it would help if i formatted the fone??
Please help its urgent!!

I also cleared the data om settings >apps for google play store

I have a sandisk 16gb sd card + 53 mb of device memory
I hav changed the preferred install location to sd card which has around 7giga left
I bought this fone 3 months ago n earlier this has never happened i used to download big apps
Please someone help tell me wat should i do i even tried to uninstall all the apps n wen now am trying to download them again i hav this problem please somebody help quick its really important!!
