I thknk that the moto g is better. I have had a bad experience. With the xperia z, faulty battery, not reading sim, touch screen not responding, and overheating, 4 faults, one total swap and all in 6 months. Had a previous motorola defy original and it has been 3 years and still going. You might be more happier with the Motorola g, you can get the g at Jb-Hifi.

Desire 500 with snapdragon 200 (Cortex A5) is very Weak! but xperia C with Mtk 6589 (Cortex A7) better than Cortex A5 on S200!
Desire 500 Gpu is Adreno 203! (worst gpu)
PowerVr on Xperia C is perfect for gaming

front cam is very very dim but cam at the back is pretty good but slow at focusing.. screen is not dustproof. thats the flaws that i hate, im xperia c user, but overall, i love it ^^ ..

rhea, 06 Apr 2014m confused abt xperia c nd xperia sp..??? plzzz help me... I d say go for sp, better graphics, better processor, there ll be android update for that phone. But heats more compared to xperia C, smaller screen 4.6", heavier.

Wtf was the last update?!?! There is more battery drain compared to before update, in my phone at the moment. And no change about other things, nothing, so what was that for??! Just a piece of sh*t!

1. desire 500 uses quadcore but low end CPU it only uses snapdragon 200 which uses four A5 chipset which is relatively old and under powered. = Xperia C has better chipset and is faster than desire 500
2. xperia C has better GPU for graphic intense gaming
3. Xperia C has bigger screen and bigger battery.
= well Desire 500 has it's points too. it has better front facing camera and it also has - Beats Audio sound enhancement
but Xperia C is a better phone

riz, 07 Apr 2014help me what to choose sony xperia C or SP?well xperia SP has better specs compared to Xperia C. [ better processer,CPU and GPU. has bravia engine and better scree quality and better build SP has aluminum frame ] so if you are looking for specs then go for SP.
if you require big screen and dual sim capability go for Xperia C. also as far as i'm aware you can move apps to SD card if so then if you want to download many games/apps then you may want to choose xperia C. because SP has 8GB internal only 5.4GB user available and you can't move apps to SD without rooting the SP.
