excellent phone...no heating prob.battery backup is awesome...HD quality is perfect...

Its the best phone in 20000 budget got this phone really satisfies... Clearity is nice cam is nice and just one thing i did hate about the phone is vga front cam... Oda vise its a rockin phone

Don't buy this phone. this is the worst mobile phone I have ever experienced. I bought this phone and retuned it after two days on the lesser price what I had purchased. there not only single draw back in this mobile phone. there are various kind of draw back in this phone. like
camera quality is very low
processing speed is very low as compared to nokia asha and Samsung duos. I have tried it on airtel 3 g network.
play store take time to open and download file.
actual memory - 1.2 gb
sony is making full by saying there are 4 gb internal memory.
very often it gets heated and battery get discharged.
normal application takes time to install in the mobile phone.
don't buy this for any reason.
its better to donate money rather to buy this phone.
buying this phone is equivalent to taking tension. internal memory is only 1.2 gb and ram is only.98 gb. even sony centre has not explanation of this. I ma going to lodge a complain in sony. contact me on mail id sonu_gupta26@yahoo.in

When power off you will found some of the icons missed and suspected the software with bug.
I also found it had problem to read the SD card, but same can be read by Z, V and arco S,
In the price point of view should be good
