First Root your phone. uninstall all inbuilt unnecessary apps and move to your apps in SD card. It s give 500 MB up free space in internal memory. Insufficient memory error will fix. It work for me.

This phone is suck..i can't update any application because there is insufficient memory..everyone got cool stuffs on their phone and I still struggle to download a game..everyone out there..don't even think to buy this phone because it's really suck and waste ur money..I tell ya..

when i am downloading everything storing in phone memory
and its says not enough memory nothing is going to sd card .
when i asked about this matter to shopper they r nt giving proper answer

made a mistake by buying this cel.camera quality is not good,when we zoom and click,pics dont come clear.front camera is very bad.memory capacity is low.

Phone is crap. Like what other reviewers said, it has only 1Gb storage space left, so you pretty much can't download any app. Phone kept on lagging even after factory reset. Front camera could have had better resolution. Back camera is unreliable - good some of the time, terrible the other. Shame, really, because this is my first Sony phone and I'm afraid because of how crappy it is overall, it's very well going to be my last Sony phone as well.

good handset with 1 gb ram and 4 gb internal memory but still its on 4.2 JB i just want to ask why we didnt get 4.3 or kitkat ver. overall good experience. im using this mobile for more than 15 months in that it hangs for 2 or 3 time but application memory is too low

Phone is shit..only 1 gb device memory..so u cant install more apps...it shows insufficient space...1 gb internal will be free all d time...bcz apps doesnt go into internal memory rather they save in device memory...i contacted sony..they said its a real defect in this Xperia c... Only solution is root ur phone and lose warranty... So if u want more games and apps dnt buy it...

Every time when u download anything it respond tht insufficient space in ur mobl.nd 4 gb show krta bas acctually it is 1 gb nd Ram is 1 gb too
