Do not purchase it for free. It is a worst device in terms of camera and internal storage. I have wasted 20000 on it

I am using this handset for one year..when I bought it,it is running in kitkat.
Some days before i just upgrade it into lollipop...
The issue is, before i giving it to service center,i took backup of all my details including msg, contactz,app details,notes etc...
But after completing updation and i tried to restore all these and it is saying that this version dosent support the files which i backuped while in kitkat..
Bt the backup file is still in my memmory card...
Is there any solution for my problem.if anybody know, please help me.i lost some of the important msgs and notes...

Worst phone ever..... back camera is okay but front one is cmpletely no no!! Worst internal memory!!you will not njoy having this phone i wasted 20000 on it.
