Why is it that my C3 cant hear the voice of the caller? How to fix it? can someone help me for info on how to fix it. Thanks.

I bought this phone in November 2015 and I must say I am pretty disappointed as there many faults with it. First off, the phone hangs/freezes and like to constantly restart (I am not an avid gamer and I just have basic apps installed). Next is the prob with the GPS, I can't seem to get a good GPS signal every time I use Waze (which is utterly annoying cuz the No GPS notification will show while I am driving and in the end I am trying to figure which turning to take).
I am an avid fan of Sony products (I have used previous models during the Sony Ericsson era) but I am truly disappointed with my Xperia C3...by far the worst phone I have used to date.

I'm using my sony xperia c3 dual since 2yrs,till now i dn't face a single prblem on my handset,d only disappointing z d rear camera,but overall its a best phone,very sleek design,awesome battery life,bestest front camera,m totally happy wid my handset... #LOVE_SONY_XPERIA_C3 :)

Ok, I woke this morning and my screen was in total blackout. I can't switch it on nor off. My alarm has been ringing since 5am and I hear it vibrate for incoming calls but screen is just black and can't turn it on

it is the bestphone that i seen ever its chrging stays very long and this phone gives good clarity pictures at night also

shit phone ,,,sucks dont waiste your money on this >has the following problems
*google maps and location never works and not accurate
*charging problem / Heating problem
*when you zoom in pictures they become bleary
*when taking videos if the is loud sound it affects the sound on the video
*when making calls the screen switches off completely even when you have the phone in your hand and not near the ear
waisted my money on this phone im not enjoying SONY and will never buy a SONY phone in the future ,thank you so much sony for such a shit phone

Mine is now 11/2 year old now but not a single lage its the best one, but only problem face is with battery after upgrade wid 5.0 n 5.1 20% battery is eaten after full charge wid kitkat the battery backup was superb single charge and ready to go for whole day, iam hardcore gamer even playing heavy games battery survive whole day wid stamina mod on, camera is not upto -mark sound out put is low but earphones are dam good, guys if u want ur mobile to perform wwell then format it every 1or 2 months n experience d difference.

mine is okay only that the upgrade is eating much of the device memory. A phone of this standard should have had bigger internal storage.
