Guys don't get amazed by this phone. First I also recommended this phone to my relative.Then they got struck like hell.A hardware problem.please help him.
The problem is: the whole screen becomes black blank. Only the back button and home button appears.sound is very less.
Please help me with this.

After 4days ago when I update my Sony c3 in lollipop I get prblms in front camera the pic will be so dark in night and sunset in so white.....

After 4 days ago when I update my Sony c3 in lollipop I getting prblms in front camera. When I click pic in dark pic Wii be so black and click pic in sunset pic will be so white... Please tell me how can exist with this problem.....

It is quiet a nice phone in budget. Though the result of rear camera is not up to the expectations, but overall a good phone. Got the lolypop update too. But with the same it got a bit slow.

Sony xperia c3dual is not good phone, rear camera bugs... No lollipop update. Very worst phone

Updated to Lolipop version 5.0.0. keep your phone battery level more than 75% and do the lolipop update. after update phone will start automatically. and do the factory reset in setting. and phone will start. note all your data will be deleted. after factory reset when your phone starts you can see the difference it is butter smooth. and rear camera so good.i am not interested selfie. so i donot know about front camera.but user said selfie is too bad. but rear camera is awesome even in low lights

guys should i buy this phone or T3?! or wait for m4 aqua??!
p.s mainly i'd use facebook, whatsapp and chatting stuff.

abbas, 29 Apr 2015yes bro, same problem here .... images are dark ... hope ne... moreSwitch on ur front camera n choose manual mode.dn on hdr n off image stabiliser. Dis greatly wrks, Bt after capturing d image wait fr 2 sec,ull gt d bst clarity.

I m using sony c3. Which is the waste phone ever it don't support heavy geaming and as I updated to lolipop it usually hangs and also no quality of pictures and there are it has become slower pleaseeee give an answer for thisss

Tried all the settings and at last called up customer service. The guy tried trouble shooting but had the same problem after completing it. Then he suggested to go to the nearest xperia care. There they suggested windows camera should be changed too for this lollipop version. Have given it. Just waiting to receive my Xperia C3 dual. The charge they quoted was 100 Rs and my mobile is under warranty. You too can try giving at ur nearest xperia care.

My c3 have jack problem.I m from Gujarat but my company warranty from chennai.so I sent my phone last time to chennai by 600 curior charge.but dey sent my phone back wthout problem solve.whenever my hands free eject. Music stops.no sound coming from loud speaker.it's under warranty

for taking clear image from front camera after updating lollipop....
select manual mode
switch on hdr mode
switch off image stabilizer
then take capture....it will be clear pic...
