Help ... moreIm using an xperia c4,and let me tell you this...Dont.First off,It begins to malfunction before the expiration of the warranty,which you may think is a good thing but then again,the service centre fails to fully restore it.A lot of defect in the hardware and software.Gets hanged a lot.If i could go back a few months,Id purchase J7. also it is not compatible with a lot of other products and USB cables.also J7 has a more dated android.C4 resolution is better but you dont see a difference in the display.as for the camera c4 has a better focus.the battery although sony has less a Mah battery its software is more power saving. although its up to you. good luck.

Its absolutely pain to use Sony mobile phone. I had bought a C4 dual last year August and after few months it actually went berserk. You touch for a call and something else will open and so on. I was told that by teh service center that the software is to be updated so handed over teh phone to tehm and they took few weeks to give me my phone back and it worked OK for few months and again teh same problem started happening. The service centre again asked tfor the software updation and the phone is with them. I have a really bad experience with Sony phone.

I have Xperia C4 and when I upgraded it to 5.1 its monster all issues has been eliminated and it runs smooth! I suggest to upgrade your phone in order to fix errors

I bought my C4 some few days back and i'm madly in love with its selfie. Its the best. i compared it to my note 4 and my judgement remains, C4 is dominant !!!!

Asoka a/l karunan, 09 May 2016Hello all Sony c series users I recently bought Sony c4 eve... moreM using c4 dual since 5 months.. No problem whatsoever.. Everything is too good for this range. My advice is keep updating till 5.1 and then switch off ur phone once in a week.. This will refresh ur c4. Other thing is clean cache using clean master given by Sony.. Always keep brightness low and adaptive brightness on. This will reduce heating issues.

waste of money.dont by this phone .it consumes
3 percent charge in one hour on standby mode.

Hello all Sony c series users I recently bought Sony c4 everything is great about this model 3rd expert for the battery and overheating problem guess what after I enstall and app call geenfity I can feel different after installing this app but I just install it this evening.I will give more details next time
