Don't know what you guys are on about I had this phone for Christmas I had a z1 before that that kept freezing all the time but this c4 for a mid price phone it's very nice fits in the hand nicely good vibrant camera phone responds very quickly not bad quality would recommend to any one lovely phone!!!!

I already purchased. But not C4. Mine is Z3. It is amazing.

This is the very first time i am using sony phone (Xperia C4) and I am extremely dissatisfied with the Xperia update. I installed the Xperia update and since then this phone is not working. In every three second error "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" is coming and further it did not even connecting to PC. I contacted at service center but they said they can not provide me back. So i tried to take the back up but it did not happen and then i had to lost all my data. And now when i restore the factory setting. Its again coming the same error. So i strongly recommend not to purchase Xperia.

Jk, 14 Jan 2016It is not a issue, it is normal, you will hear when the bac... moreI was referring to the loose back cover symptoms that produce the creaking sound and not the camera shutter.
I just open the back cover and place a piece of paper to make it tight and the issue was fixed.

[deleted post]The worst phone I ever bought. Phone freezes also shuts down during use. When you make calls recipient cannot hear you. The setting doesn't function. Don't buy this phone. Craaaaap

It is a good phone
I get a day battery backup out of it,
Both The camera quality is good.
Good performance,and mine dosent heat.

avery, 14 Jan 2016Anyone have an issue with the back producing creaking sound?It is not a issue, it is normal, you will hear when the back camera is closed,i think its some kind of switch or something. No problem with the sound.might hear it if the phone gets a little shock.

I buy c4 last date nine. Its hanging while calling. I went to shop and they changed the unit but this unit hv also same problem. M using mobile from 15years but choosen xperia c4 is my bad decsion. C4 is one of the bad mobile in these days. Dnt buy this.
