I am facing touch problem in two within one year period , i was seriously hurting with sony c4 never try to buy sony c4.

    first of all i want to let you know that i am very loyale & regular user of sony mobiles since last 7 (seven year) i am using deffirent kinds of (modles) sony mobiles.

    i am using sony xperia c4 since last 5 months but, this time i am not satisfied with performance of this phone and i think no worth of my money, the reason is below problem like:
    1) touch pad problem (auto work)
    2) while in coming calls display getting blank
    3) earing speaker problem
    4) auto switch off
    5) network issue

    i am working as export executive in wipro ltd, and i am single person to take care of all exports from mumbai.
    while this work mobile phone is very important mean of communication.
    and if communication medium gets affected than it is very defficult to communicate.

    all above proble are arraising every second weeks of usage, becouse of this i might lose my job.
    reason is i am not able to attend my phone call,
    sometime i felt that i suppose to register a complaint in police station of mentaly harrasement.
    above all of this again i request you to kindly replace the hand set and oblied us.

      Its been only 5 month after i purchase my Sony C4, touch problem started. It unnecessary heat a lot.

        My Sony Xperia c4 i am purchase 28/02/2016 is very over heating his temperature up to than 65 C° I want Sony service senter and customer care operator update software and Reuters me my phone. after to 20 days my phone problems start overheating & start touch problem so u advice me please and sports me

            I had purchased C-4 Xperia Mobile on dated 29/11/2015 and till date the same was sent 6 times for repair of touch problem. Sony service center is not able to resolve the problem and I am also not getting any response form Sony costumer care lodging complain 4 times.

                  all sony mobile crappy, sony quit in mobile business. many customer complaining mobile phones. right now samsung mobile phones and the other brand is worth to buy compare to sony. good for the sony only the camera thats all.
                  i will not buy anymore sony mobile phones. #1 crappy mobile phones

                    I buy almost 2 months my C4 dual i observed that the battery is draining fast. I went to their service center about the complain of fast battery drain nothing happens, they only told me there's no problem about the mobile then if there's a problem comeback again. I thought their mobile phones improved already in past years but its not and I was regret to buy it. I think SONY must move on NOT TO SELL mobile phones.They only sell for the sales of their company. I think Sony should think about the needs of their customer not only their needs. SONY ITS NOT WORTH TO BUY. Its much better to buy SAMSUNG, LG, LENOVO and the other Brand mobile phones.

                      Got this phone last year within 1 month touch problem went to service center took 10 days got it back worked fine but since last 4 month diffrent problem battery drain fast like 100% to 60% within 15 min wen I'm not using the phone and grt heated very fast... Please help if any one have a solution for this

                        Unrecommended Phone Mobile I've ever had and WONT BUY of any SONY PHONE MOBILE anymore ...

                        Worst drain batterai .. And getting drain on day by day ..

                        Worst GUI with problem during phone call thay screen activate by itself for setting screen ..

                        Worst service centre than competitor ny looking media references ..

                        Now, new other problem occurrs on sending sms that "sending" button cannot be used ...

                        My SONY CELLULAR Device is a HUGE PROBLEM ..

                          This is the worst phone. Sony does not care. It has serious touch problem. After 9 month of hanging use its touch stopped working. Now it is in the service centre. Sony should replace the c4 phones with new one that has no problem. It is shame for Sony.

                            If u want to waste your 24000 bucks you must buy this phone because of its following features.
                            1. Lags
                            2. Heats
                            3. In built sony apps crashes
                            4. Touch becomes extra sensitive and stops working
                            5. Back covers deforms when phone gets heated.

                              vijay, 25 Jun 2016Same problem Sony was my favourite brand, but my experience with xperia c4 opened my eyes, i owned xperia c4 it worked well for 9 months then suddenly ghost touch problem occured, service center are the worst of sony even spent more money on the name of brand SONY which I'll never ever buy nor suggest to anyone.

                              Go for other brands rather than SONY because they only show quality in there advertisements whereas after sales support and product quality and pricing are worst.

                              Iam highly disappointed with xperia c4. Now its of no use.

                                  such a bad phone i used ever in my life.after 2 months touch and software complaint.still i did nt fix the problem.

                                    I have purchased this phone last year June just after its launching...I must say its just a okay phone with its price range (i purchased it in rs. 24,000).

                                    In short my suggestion is not buy the phone, it heats, it lags and its very highly priced...

                                        Touch screen problem just after 10 months of use! Read others' posts and you can call this a feature. It made me meditate like a monk on many occasions, one urgent situation I lost my way and I can't access the map app. You know how it feels. If you're thinking of buying from this brand because of its nice look, affordability or reputable household name, a friendly warning, don't!.
