It was fine until a year and now problem started with the network. Both SIM's network goes off for no reason and after few hours it comes back and there wont be a problem for sometime. Later it will reoccur. It happens at least 5 times a day. Irritating.

worst phone ...i have purchased this phone but it is still in warranty but fully network problem and touch problem both sims atre not showing any networks and touch is big problem .but when i shows to sony service centre but they are denied to service for my mobile anyhow it is having under warranty ...but they are saying that water went inside motherboard so it ill not claim warranty ,but my question is all peoples are using other mobiles it is not happening for others mobile but why sony x peria c4 oly ...?how water went inside the motherboard i think product is fake .

After using two years the model 5333 now facing serious touch screen problem. The bottom navigations not working at all. Is there any solution of this touch problem? Is it a hardware or software problem?

Actually C4 is a very good phone. Yes really it has some issue with its touch screen, Sony also accepting this. Normally it won't happen to you, but if your mobile was fell down there will be more possibility to arose touch screen related problem in your mobile (C4). So c4 have to be handle with more care.

the C4 heating problem wasn't a problem for me ...I'm Sony user and I will only use Sony device forever..

I observed that people say ( C4 touch screen problem, don't go for sony).
I used many Sony phones (ZR, Z2, Z3, C4, C3 and E4) since 2012 till now. All of these phones are perfect, maximal endurance ( little better than Samsung and LG). NEVER had touchscreen problems. The only thing is that the battery support is less after the second year (all of them) and the flap covering the XZ port was lost.
May be your local retailers or Sony representative in your country is not doing his best, selling faulty phones. It is also will known that Sony is not like Samsung, Samsung provides direct support through its stores in addition to a third party retailers. Sony however is mostly third party customer support only.
LASTLY: you are free to buy C4 or not, that was not my point. I bought my C4 for 200 $, was an offer.

Worst phone ever with such a steep price ! It hangs from time to time, the speaker has lots of issues and practically no service support which can resolve it. I happened to meet another victim who believed that all Xperia C4 have same issues and the service support gives back the phone in worse condition after repair :(

I have sony xperia c4,I bough from portugal at almost 9 months. Now the problem is still hang when I use the touch screen mostly the keypad. I tried to reset but still the same problem. Is there someone who have an idea tolve this problem?
