For me it only feels hot when I used it for gaming during it's first few days of usage after purchase. Now, after using it for more than a month the phone just becomes slightly warm under heavy usage (it's definitely far from overheating, trust me) and I consider that normal.

I don't think this phones deserves so much hatred, i didn't faced a single issue with this phone, yeah it heats (but doesn't overheat) with continuous usage but that's normal with every phone.

It's the very bad phone... In this phone there are many problem facing....such that over heating, hanging, automatically restarting again ND again..., many time application not working, video recording,etc....

Hi c4 user my mobile same video player application problem just updated problem solved. And then camera use click manual mode.then landscape click better picture.

I don't know what issues u guys r facing bt I dint gt any trouble while using.. Yeah ofcourse heating prblm...btry life z awsm, cam quality also btr, speed awsm...wt else u required.. Previously I used Samsung note 3,i4+,Samsung grand n grand 2, can't compare c4 with other mobs...if u buy online dn definitely u will gt prblm,visit to d showroom n buy without hesitation... Or else buy Note 4.

C4 has a compass vs j7 non
J7 way better against c4 in device heat handling.
Almost d same price as u cn see in the internet
Which way better for you? If I were u go for c4 much explosive to think bout.

Seriously it's very annoying with mobile calls are getting dropped, until unless i off my data i cant make a call but seriously friends i would suggest not to go with sony xperia c4 worst mobile had ever seen in my life.!!!

I don't have any problem until I updated the os, and my google start not functioning! Then after I tried to reset my phone, everything is back in normal now. This phone is not as smooth as I thought, but so far so good, worth the price, I bought it for $257usd. I give 4 starts.
