The worst phone of Sony..
Its battery performance is poor than any other phone.
Earlier I was using T2 Ultra dual but after 1 year the phone starts hanging.
In my opinion buying this phone is not a good decision..

Anonymous, 02 Sep 2015probably coz the 'Experia C5363' doesn't exist. C5363 is the model# of the Sony Xperia C4 Dual that uses LTE bands 1, 3, 7, 8, 28 & 40.

I have faced many problems with the sony phone as well as with the sony Service center.
Sony Xperia C4 is a device to compromise ur needs of multi tasking.
There are many problems that arise on the go.
I took a New Sony Xperia on 8th Aug 2015. The First time i Used it, it was over heating, then it started giving me multiple problems.
When you Open torch Application that is inbuilt in Xperia C4 the application takes time to shut down. It shuts down like too LAZY. Then when you Start Screen Recording and If you Open the inbuilt torch app the Phone hangs.
Then if you install any camera app, like YOUCAM, Main Phone Camera stops working and gives you an error, like camera in use cannot record videos. Restarting your device also don't work. I tried formatting the device from bios. That also did not work.
After format, the application OK GOOGLE Stopped working. SMART Lock for OK Google Stopped working.
Service center took 1 month to give an approval of handset replacement.
The Worst customer service experience with SONY.
Will never Suggest or GO for sony mobile ever again.

I hv recently purchased C4 dual. Phone is excellent. I have problem while downloading from my g mail through this phone any PDF file/ ZIP file/ Doc file, it does not downloaded or saved. Pl. solve my problem.

It's a very good phone using it for quite some time now, never faced any issues till date, camera is great with manual mode compared to superior auto mode which takes washed out photos, front camera is cool takes great selfies even in low light thanks to the front flash, gets a bit hot if used for hours but then every phone does,battery is average not great, speakers are loud enough, call quality is good, so overall it's a pretty decent phone to have.

I have use c4 dual 1month. Video application issue. Updated in build ver 27.1.b.1.106 and video app update 9.3.A.0.4 my problem solved.
