God, why are so many people complaining? I just bought this last week and has been working great. Also, the camera is amazing. Bought some lenses and the images came out awesome.
Battery could be better though, but tweak your settings, lower your screen brightness and it will improve your battery performance.
Another thing, there are many opinions that I honestly don't understand, languagewise.
Please write correctly.

Markyboy, 16 Nov 2016hello im facing a probelm with my sony c4 dual. touch works... moretry to update your phones software version to android 6.0 marshmallow.. using pc companion.. touch problem because of a software bug so try on safemode in ur phone (press power button 2sec ,after that touch the power off for few seconds then you get message to safe mode then touch yes.. now the phone get restart automatically, now you have only built in apps.. keep safemode for 30min or 1hr.. use the phone and identify wheather you have touch error in safemode too? (you can remove safemode by restarting the device) my advice is update your device to marshmallow, then you don't get any problems.

I'm using Xperia C4 Dual more than one year, beside a little heat it has been perfect specially its touch performance.
Not all of them but some of the negative comment is been written to foul people not to buy Xperia phones. It's the only way to compete with Sony.
This phone is my 3td phone from Xperia and i didn't have any issue with them but i read a lot of incorrect negative comment about them.

Hi c4 users my mobile finaly battery and touch problem .after go to Sony service center tolal cost 7000. 17 month work perfectly .

C4 dual is excellent phone I am using since Aug' 15 onwards, no issues. rarely heating problem, but ok

i dont undersatnd what you all are complaining about C4 dual, Its awesome, to be honest there is only one problem that some times the mic is not working which restarting once every two or three days would resolve the problem, but seeing you complain about touch screen, ... Never faced them 2 years after purchase date. way to go sony

OMG. Daily new problem create C4 100/100 problem.mainly touch problem. Please new update don't delay,really good mobile and specifications but wat use this feature.don't work properly

For a small p... more not a 100% , 1000 million % correct. sony cheating with the people through sony xperia c4 dual mobile. we have purchased 3 sets seven months back. five times given the service all 3. but no use and i loss around 60000/- they dosn't know the money value.

Dear ladies & gentle mens, some people spreading wrong/fake news , don't get caught for those comments from other brands CEO's.. I'm using c4 dual about a year, no problems yet. working perfectly with superb music & good camera..
some people say there is a touch problem.. actually if there is a touch problem because of a software bug.. not a hardware fault. those people can update to c4 dual latest software android 6.0 marshmallow! using pc companion or wait until directly comes to phone.. c4 dual marshmallow update fixed all the bugs.. can use the phone smoothly and better.. I recommend to buy and enjoy Xperia c4 dual !
