Fahim, 13 Dec 2015This phone is not good because of battery 0 to 100% charge ... moreMy phone take almost 6 to 7 hours to fully charge. When it reach at 90% it is very slow and take 2 hours to 100%. Anyone have experienced issue like me?

phn is good, but there are many problem like proximity sensor, battery back up & sensor problem.
i will advice u all to not to buy sony phn.

I used many phones and there are flagships that I can drain in less than 3h easily (depending on the game and brightens) only things that can last for longer period of time are tablets with huge batteries inside and some devices are good with battery life like Sony xperia Z2,Z3, LG G3, Samsung S5 (all with 801 chipset/1080p display and big batteries) and all xperia compact versions Z1c,Z3c,Z5c because they have small resolution screen which not only drains less battery but also puts less load on chipset and graphic ...
YES Marshmallow will probably help improve battery life a lot but don't expect to much from it!
I suggest again to everybody who uses any xperia device to enable ''Extended usage'' in STAMINA settings . This will put only restrictions on CPU and GPU and prolong your battery life a lot because you don't need all that power when going trough simple tasks.
I use that setting all the time and never experienced reduce in performance(even when gaming) and if you do notice any reduce in performance simply turn it off again.

Very good phone with Camera and amazing sound ... A Sony brand user,😃
But battery life is very poor
It drains very fast... Any solutions for that???

One thing is for sure that u get more battery backup on kitkat than lollipop. In using as well as in idle/standby time. Maybe it is possible with new phones that comes with new hardware, the scenario is different. But many users are also complaining about battery backup in lollipop.

I don't have ZR so it could be true that battery really socks on that one but that's old phone could be also battery issue?you ever replaced the battery?since I still have xperia Z(similar to ZR) and no battery drainage on lollipop 5.1.1. but i rarely putting it in use since it has connection problems in my country not all the bands are supported :(

Because C5 ultra comes with base version Android Lollipop 5.0. So there is NO Kitkat version available for C5 ultra. I have ZR now and I also fed up of this shitty lollipop huge battery drain even in Stamina mode also. I also decided to buy C5 ultra but not bought due to this base version. Go and buy some other phone which has at-least Kitkat 4.4.4 as a base version.

i m ... moreto be honest never measured those things and it's not easy to answer since it depends on the charger you will be using 1A, 1.5A or 2A... I think for 2A charger something more than 2 hours.
but what kind of charger you will get i don't know since what you have in the box it depends on the region and type of charger is not the same for every region....anyway phones rarely comes with 2A chargers(more often with 1A) but you can buy those 2A adapters cheaply for 5 to 10 $ (at least something that Chinese products are good for hehe xD) you don't need best quality adapter and only part that goes in wall socket without the cable!

your charger may be sufficient for you so try it out because original one is always better...

Got probl... moreyou can't do it on C5 because it's running 5.0 out of the box and android 6.0 marshmallow is coming soon anyway. but if you have problems with battery just use extended usage in stamina settings and battery life is gonna probably to double and that setting doesn't restrict anything besides CPU because you don't need all that power when going simply trough system interface,messaging or browsing the web.
