My Sony Xperia C5 Ultra is having the same problem, which is the touch screen is not sensitive at all. I often have to tap 3 or 4 times to response to my touch! I've already update the OS to Android 6.0 but the problem is still occur. The camera is also not good enough and it's slow to capture! Overall, I think Sony Xperia C5 Ultra is a failure product! 👎

I bought this xperia c5 ultra a few months ago.At first it was amazing until it became slow on messaging,cant update software and recently it has started showing no network on both sim cards!!!what a waste of money...I will not buy another sony smartphone!!

I think you charger you phone with many charger. I suggest u. Dont use. Low quality of charger. Its can effect you battery volt. And make you phone crazy on touch. Sorr for my english. Haha.

I have owned the C5 Ultra for about a year. Over all I am disappointed with the phone for one huge reason. The touch screen on the C5 Ultra is glitchy. I have googled the issue and found MANY users wth the same problem...and no real solution. When using the phone I sometimes have to touch the screen 3 or 4 times to get it to respond. The problem seems worse on the right side of the screen. It is INSANELY frustrating. I recently updated to Marshmallow and it did not fix the issue. The work around is to enable GLOVE MODE. This fixes the issue in that you only have to touch the screen once to get it to respond...however, it ends up causing the screen to respond to ANY kind of touch...so if it is in your pocket and your screen pops on due to a text or alert, you end up "touching" the screen in your pocket a million times which causes the phone to crazy to the point of locking up. So you must decide which is the lesser of the two evils. Ridiculous...and an absolute deal breaker. My iPhone 4 (seven years old now) has a monumentally better touch screen. Shame on Sony...I expected more. I will not buy another Sony smartphone.
