I bought this in Indonesia on 8 Oct 2015 and today 11 oct this handphone is broken, Its totally off and cannot to turn on. I bring today to Sony Indonesia Service Centre on Jakarta Roxy Mas and they said its can fix soonest is 14 days. OMG !!!

my dad gave me this phone, and to tell you honestly yus... this is not worth it... I just got this phone like for 3 weeks now... my battery percentage was 98% then suddenly went down to 4%.. hahahah!! and everytime I played nba 2k14 without any running apps... it keeps lagging when theres a notification, thank god that I wasn't able to buy this phone... kind a little bit pricey for the performance and specs of this handset... I don't know why sony put a mediate chipset for this kind of big and pricey phone... those brand that use mediatek chipset is just for a cheaper price brand like myphone or cherry mobile (philippines)....

Yes, I have the same problem when opening playing on album gallery (photo & video). The rest just work fine with me...
Anyone know how to fix it?

I don't think this phone deserves so much hatred, people are posting illogical comments about overheating, hanging issues, but that's not true, I've been using this beauty since quite some time now & haven't faced a single issue till date. Not trying to be a fanboy here it's just my personal experience which has been great so far.

I got c5 ultra 1 week back this mobile has so many problems... Over heating... And hanging... And touch problem..... Some times... when I open the screen lock it's not working.... Weast phone.. But I like t2 ultra phone

I bought last month I am not happy with this mobile Bcz to much hanging problem in a day 2 time I have to restart the mobile waste mobile....last time I had used htc desire 826cdma too good no hanging no struggling problem Vvvvvvv. Good mobile htc desire 826cdma I like that device.....Don't purchase Sony c5wwaste

just bought the c5 ultra and quite satisfied with its performance, had to choose between c5 and m5 but preferred the c5 for its big screen and sound quality, 13 megaixel front cam with a flash is an advantage, m5 doest have flash infront, though not as crisp in terms of colors, not water and dust resistant but thank God at least its scratch resistant, battery also an edge not heating up while charging,,overall,, a superior phone
