Hello, I have a question. When I switch on my Nokia Xperia and start doing some things with it (take pictures for example) it gets quite warm after a few minutes. Besides, the specs say its internal memory is 16, but the phone itself says, it has 11. Is this ok?

asdass, 11 Jul 2016when marshmallow will come ? In internet already there is information about uptade M4 Aqua to Marshmallow, so maybe quickly will be updating and C5 Ultra to Marshmallow :-)

I used xperia companion to upgrade OS. The phone went off and up to now it is not booting. I connect it to charger and lights red LED like it's charging but it is not charging. The battery is now completely drained

I have this phone from march 2016 and everything working fine. There are some bugs, but phone and Sony is not going bad. Most time user is guilty coz using device is not by instruction and always breaking it. U doing I think the same. So it's not Sony fault if u don't know how to use device

for gaming experience this phone is awsme ....,,
battery life is admirable....,,,
Guys i m a heavy user..... I play brother in arms 3... Asphalt 8 and modern combat 5... ...no heating problem
No hanging..... But display is not good in compare to super amoled

Hi, I bought a sony c5 ultra dual from eBay. The phone was excellent but after 2 and half months it's suddenly shut down after I opened from the charger. Then I turned it on again but then it was still keeping On/off itself. Then I tried the Xperia compinion as sony customers support told me to do that but now when I turn it on, it keeps in first screen. It doesn't go from that screen. If anyone have any solution, please let me know. Thanks

After using 8 months this phone I found various problems on it.
1) Hanging problem don't know why even I did not install much applications.
2) Its touch is very hard.
3) My phone get extremely heat after doing only 5 min call.
4) Battery issue. Its draning very fast even using stamina mode.
5) It will automatically Restarted.
Now I thought I waste my 27 k on it.

after 6 months using this phone... i am sooo dissapointed!!! first the yellow dot appeared on the left side of the screen... now tonight, my phone still have 70% battery and suddenly shutdown completely... i waited for 15 minutes and try connect to my PC and sony charger... then the charging icon appeared with 1%... the battery is draining and i don't know why! yes i know and i admit, everything was perfect for me, the looked, camera, screen size, i love it so much... but thing just keep pop up... one after another... now i regret buying it... wasting so much money!!!
