so after almost 7 months of use, my xperia c5 ultra has developed a bend (like lg flex). it seems like processor got overheated and bent the chassis (or maybe something else). its still in warranty period, so will sony replace it (they cant rectify it. the chassis upwards of power button is bent). any suggestions???

User C5 Ultra, 27 Apr 2016If u don't use any of mentioned features and still draining... moreI used to have the battery draining problem too. What i did was i downloaded Sony PC companion app from Sony official website under "Support". I chose repair the phone. After repairing it, I update the phone to the newest Android version 29.1.B.0.101. The draining problem was solved. Now my C5 Ultra's bettery life is pretty awesome, surprisingly even more lasting than a lot of phones i used to own. I hope this will help you to solve the problem. It's just an awesome phone. I like the screen clarity, the camera, the battery life, the sound, the built quality, the beautiful design....

User C5 Ultra Dual, 18 May 2016Which problems do u have? I calling without any problems. S... moreI thought so too. The best Sony mobile that I've ever owned. My previous Sony mobile was Xperia Z. After that i tried Xiaomi Redmi Note. It was just ok. The Xperia C5 Ultra so better in all aspect.

I would just like to know if I'm the only one hav... moreIf u saw some bad works steps try always to contact to Sony support center or repair it with Xperia Companion, app u can find in www.sonymobile.com Sound of call is lound for me, I think u must do louder by using volume keys or try to repair it :)

Anonymous, 16 May 2016c5 is the best.m5 is waste phone. I think Xperia M5 is good enough too, by characteristic is better than C5 Ultra (Dual too), but I don't try M5 so I can't said how in use good this phone is. But I think all Sony's devices are good. By the way C5 Ultra is one of the best I think is from Sony, coz everything working good and look expensive and stylish why this smartphone won in Red Hot 2016, M5 did not won :)

Smartphone is perfect: beautiful pics of camera, sound quality is good, perfect look, amazing video and games xperience and performance and many many others cool stuff :) Smarphone is one of the best from Sony :)
