But it's just my guest. Try to repair with Xperia companion, if not helps, bring it to technical support. It's my advice.

Hey Guys, Need some help in here.. the front camera of my c5 Ultra Dual is now blurry, I'm not so sure on what exactly happened but it is now blurry, I remember that it slipped off from my hand and it hit the floor one time, although it doesn't have any scratches at all but I think it did affect the front camera... any idea on how to get it fix? coz i tried to wipe it off but it did nothing and I even tried lowering the resolution but still no changes with the front camera..
appreciate all your help guys!

By the way in gsmarena.com is battery test. C5 have better battery neither newest XZ Xperia, Z5 and ect. I think by this test T2 is not better, but i'm not sure. Welcome, glat to help ;-)

AnonD-558517, 14 Nov 2016Does the battery last for the whole day ?By the way in past I did PCMARK for Android Battery test, so result is 6 hours and 37 minutes, test was made with Lollipop 5.1 operating system, all test smartphone was activated, I mean no stamina mode and ect. Full activity. If I remember right in activity is using internet, so it's really good battery result I think, maybe is not the best (I don't know others smartphones), but really good - all the time activity smartphone alaive almost 7 hours, it's really good result :)

For example me: i'm always turning on GPS, a lot of using WIFI, all the time is turning on GPRS (sometimes 4G), today I played game about 1 hour, was turned on Bluetooth and ect. So battery I charged twice. If I don't using (even) internet or games, battery don't draining so fast. With stamina mode in stand by I leaving mobile all night full charged and after 8 - 10 hours I fiding all battery full, I mean 100%. If I using WIFI, Internet or games draining fast, but until I stopping use WIFI, internet and ect. If you use this smartphone (I mean C5 Ultra) smart (I mean much less neither me), you will nto charge so often... Games, wifi, internet (even 4G), Bluetooth, gps and ect draining fast very fast all smartphones. C5 Ultra how I have smartphones is one with best battery. When I using mobile for a call, sms and ect battery I don't need charge so much as I do when I using smartphone all the time (internet, games, gps as I said always is activated), sometimes Bluetooth, coz I have Sony Smartband Talk and ect.

C5 Ultra is newest, got Marshmallow, have better screen, is more faster neither T2 Ultra by specifications, have much more memory in smartphone memory, it's very important even if you like to play games or using big apps like navigation and ect., C5 Ultra secondary camera is much better neither T2 Ultra by specifications, C5 Ultra have more ram neither T2 Ultra and ect.Believe me C5 Ultra is much better neither T2 Ultra... I prevering you to buy C5 Ultra, I have and wasn't any days when I apologized... I like this phone... - C5 ultra Dual

if u guys have problem after the marshmellow update, try this things go to your laptop, download sony xperia companion, after that follow this step,
1- make sure you guys back up your data, this process will make some data that saved in the phone will deleted.
2- plug in your phone to your laptop with sony charger cable, or all kind of cable that suit in.
3- open the xperia companion.
4- go to software repair icon and click it.
5- follow those step that given.
6- wait for it.
7- on your phone and get back your backup data.
i have try this, and its work, all apps, camera and other stuff seems just fine, just some things have changed, like the charging sound, no up and down volume when press, but overall seems ok to me, PLEASE BACK UP YOUR DATA BEFORE DOING THIS. Tq :D

Sony Xperia C5 - after updating s/w my front camera stopped working completely.
Selfie button is disappeared.
Rest of the phone functions are properly working.

Is there any way, I can get my front camera working again?
In some applications that use front camera (like, Face in picture), I get an Error: The camera may be in use by another application. Please close the other application and try again.

Please advise.

bhing, 26 Oct 2016I have the same problem regarding the front and back camera... moreNo :D You have to repair your smartphone, just try, I don't say that it will help 100%, but Sony's agents most time saying if something wrong working like camera you can repair it, off course you can try to clean in apps settings Camera files and restart smartphone, try to use then camera, but I think it's better will be if you just repair your smartphone with Xperia Companion. Just try, will not be bad I think :)

I update my c5 ultra to version 6.0 marshmallow but the icon "mobile data is disable" always appears even i slide it out still it appears.help
