I connected the phone to recharge the battery and when the battery was loaded (green light on) nothing happened no connection no signs on the phone it looked like if everything from the programming of the phone was gone! i even don't have any contacts any more on my sim card. it's horrible and will never never again buy Sonny. the phone is 2 months old and i have to wait 3 weeks before i get my phone back from Sonny!

Quality camera indeed, quality sound but the headset volume is very low, it must be upgraded

got this phone 3 days ago and I'm quite happy with it. Really nice phone for this price range.... but RAM is 512 MB, camera is 3 MP only. what do you expect in this price range? :-) I'm happy because I 'm a music lover and it suits me, sound quality is awesome :-)

It's a good smartphone at its price. It can be rooted and done many things. MORE over there is no FACEBOOK application PROBLEM of USAGE OR INSTALLATION. You can even play GTA 3, GTA VICE CITY, REAL STEEL, ASPHALT 7, ETC.,
It's my suggestion to circle.
Its ram is low thats it.................

faiz, 16 Sep 2014in this phone facebook run or not .im ready to buy it .reply fastSony Xperia E1 is a good phone but upgrade it to the newest software and uses less ram and you can play higher qality games and battry also holds long.when you put the phone on it going to take long but it is good and I would do it and also the software also upgrades the camera so you will have a better taking pictures or videos.

many Xperia's phone have this problem with ear speaker during call. Sony engineers are better hearing than us :))

Avoid 4.4.2 update as battery is bad on this update - even the same on Xperia Z with 4.4.2! Moto E is a better choice than this better camera, better battery, bigger screen with higher resolution and not washed out like Xperia E1! All E1 is - is a glorified Xperia Tipo! 512mb ram just doesn't cut it. Moto E has same chipset and graphics with 1gb ram and it's cheaper and better built than this. Also moto e is very likely to get Android L. Sony will leave you with buggy 4.4.2 update!
