bharath, 22 Oct 2015Useing only half an hour my phn was getting much heat i don... moreMy e4 heats to about 52 celcius. It is completely normal.
For the first 2 months the phone will heat.but i notice it doesn't heat much anymore.
Even while using Internet i don't feel much heat.
Well phones like m4 aqua /z3+ have heated to about 65/70 celcius.
So don't worry. I personally felt the m4 is an oven compared to the e4.
If you are using the phone for playing games. Give the phone a rest once in every 20 minutes.

Help Needed, 23 Oct 2015My Sony is annoying as I can't do anything with it because ... moreI have a touch screen issue when i connect the phone to the pc for mtp transfer. But normal usage no touch screen issues.
I think you should update the firmware or reset the phone.
E4 is a great phone.
I love it.
But hate the design.

I think xperia e4 is better than s3 mini because it is 2 years new.E4 just got released in April. Plus it runs kitkat. S3 mini i think has jellybean or ics.i also encourage you should try to buy a Samsung J5 or moto G 2015 If possible.
I also wish sony would release lollipop for us.but i think lollipop could make our devices laggy.the Android one devices like canvas A1 became laggy due to the update.
But the marshmallow update for the Android one devices is very stable.
I hope sony will release us atleast marshmallow. There is a high chance if they do not upgrade their e series within the next 6 months.
We will get the update.
Samsung has very cheap lollipop devices now.but sony has none.
E1 runs kitkat
E3 runs kitkat
E4 runs kitkat as well.
Well i am happy atleast that kitkat is very stable and has excellent battery life.
And even Nova 3 works on E4.and asphalt 8 could be played high graphics.
A video on YouTube shows that the game play is better than i phone 6.
More than anything the 4g version e4g is future proof for gaming atleast for the next 2 years because of the mali t720.

Guys there's a problem with xperia e4 softwate my phone is 2 months old and already I'm facing touchscreen problems so does my friends. I think it's high time Sony must give us lollipop update kitkat really sucks.

Hi. Somehow in the car, my screen was pressed and now the phone will not stop talking all the time. Every time I press something it tells me what I just did. BUT the main problem is that the screen buttons are not functioning any more. How do I get it to work properly??

After hours of trying to open this phone, it finally opened but the screen has become dark and blank.it still makes the sound when an charging it but I don't see anything and it doesn't switch on..please help

There is nothing wrong with that the other 4GB is system storage (Android OS), your Kit Kat took some space to run on.
