I bought this phone, and everything seemed to be ok, EXCEPT that my built in camera did not really have volume control - but, at least, it was silent, when I turned to silent mode.
However, when I switched to a different carrier, even that has changed, and camera is now ALWAYS making a noise when I click the shutter, even in "Total Silence" mode. I have contacted the help support, and got a reply that there must be a sound control option in the built in camera, and told me where it is in the camera menu - hey, I am not stupid, it was not there before. I checked again the way they told me to, and of course, there is no option there to change camera shutter volume, or even camera shutter sound! I am very unhappy about this, as the company is unable to deliver what is promised to the users, and is unable to provide adequate help to the users. This is my first time bying Sony brand phone, and seems, THE LAST TIME. I will go back to LG. The only good thing about Sony was battery life, however, my old phone just had an old battery (aged with use, of course). I am sure, new models of the competitor brands, including LG, have even better batteries now. To the phone, one of the most important things to me is CAMERA use, and internet use. Other things, even calling itself, come in second.

So initially after using this phone for some time randomly the camera started making a buzzing sound when recording does anyone have a fix thanks

i found this phone smooth, good battery life, good camera for this price. im happy to have this phone than a series and j series which lags at games

I also have recently bought the Sony E5 phone, which I really regret. This is my fourth Sony phone, but it \'s the worst one yet! It has a useless battery ....... it's more on the charger than actually in operation. A really crappy phone!!! Do NOT buy this phone!

I recently bought an Xperia E5 and I like everything of it.
The battery life isn't that bad for me.
One thing I noticed is that the charger emits a high-pitch buzzing noise when I use the phone (screen on).
I already got the charger replaced, but it's still hissing when using the screen.
Am I the only person with this problem?

Use luckypatcher you can transfer installed apps from internal memory to SD card, although the apps can be unstable there after. You can do pretty much anything you like on Android because theyre so breakable.

i bought the yesterday and i can say im satisfied. negative comments usually from haters. try to visit sony shop first before deciding.

I've had this for 5 weeks and I traded this phone for Moto G4 because the Xperia E5 was not listed for nougat update, and the phone came out quite recently. It's a shame most of all Sony's E range phone's never gets update :(
