Its a good low range phone..After the JB update,the performance has increased,the tremendous reduce in lag..The sound quality also has improved after the update..only the camera is a slight setback..If there is lag,juz switch off the phone and switch it back on..Otherwise,this phone is worth the money

poor network...and in gujarat very very service provide by sony service centre & customer care. nd Mr. Alpesh Rabari manger of Sony.That person not understand customer problem.i buy ph in march 2013 . but still i used only 15 days after ph is hang, screen nt work proper, ph is not work good. very third class phone. don't buy..

Its a Best phone. e dual is good. it dont have any problem except if you call from sim-1 sim-2 will sleep. otherwise its sound and earphone is greate. i suggest to use sony MDR-e818 earphone with this handset. try it then reply me. you will get this earphone in any showroom of sony.

got problem with the network n sometimes my call ringtone sound different from what ive assign. first bad xperience with sony.truly dissapointed

I hav been using dis phone and its guite lovly.no hanging or network problem once u have up to 2free gigs for ur running apps.

great sound quality in my e dual phone..it has clear bass feature that was awesome..awesome sound quality in headset..but the camera quality in lowlight was not good..this was a handy smartphone I love my phone.

this is my first android phone and am quiet happy with it it does all the tasks seamlessly,looks great,touch is very responsive(swipe keypad for easy typing),camera clarity is good upto the mark.
but sometimes the phone glitches when you use it connecting to a PC(i experienced it only once)
some frames are getting skipped while playing subway surfers(not sure if problem is with phone or app),i also installed other casual games like
"rope escape","vector",etc.. all worked fine
some popular apps like "whats app","google chrome" are pre installed.
but i can't find any safely remove option when connected to PC (i won't use it any way!)
so, over all performance of the phone is good i would rate it 4 out of 5.
