i just bought this phone a few days ago, and i'm loving it! i haven't really try immersing it into the water though, do not want to risk it. i had mine updated to ICS and it's working just fine, no lag at all. except that i have to get used to how fast the battery goes down (because my previous phone is a candybar one, you see. lol)
one thing the phone seller told me about updating to ICS is that you guys had to format the phone after updating so it doesnt lag. i was scared when he asked if i want him to update for me cause i read complaints about updating to ICS before. but then he said it's fine if i don't want him to update, but after using the phone for a month i'll come back to him asking him to update it for me XD i got scared by that so i just asked him to update lol. it turns out there's no problem with the phone at all ;)

I am having my Xperia go from September it works really good at 3g network but on2g network even I cant watch you tube so slow camera is little worse than Sony Ericsson Xperia arc battery is good some one plz tell me how to upgrade 4.0 android version plzzzz,

+ The Ray has FAR better screen (both in resolution and PPI)
+ The Ray has better and replaceable battery
+ The Ray has a better 8mp camera
+ The Ray has front facing camera
The dual core of the XGo is almost entirely wasted on this resolution.
The only reason one should go for the Go over the Ray is the ruggedness.

of course it is waterproof, i bought it a few weeks ago and tested myself, everything is as described, very fast smartphone for someone that wants a smartphone that does everything, but don't upgrade to ics it will slow down your perfermance...

My experia go got scratch from my pocket with a key and the battery life is annoying, plus it is unremovable, the screen resolution is really bad and heats up in long hours of use. total dissapointment from what I have seen and read from the net. I sold it and planning to buy another xperia of coursee.

WARNING: PLEASE DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR Xperia GO to ICS....stay with GB for the time being.... xperia GO has 1 ghz dual core processor but after upgrading to ICS it's way slower than my Xperia MIRO which has only 800 mhz single core processor.... trust me guys.... my gf has Xperia GO and she really regrets that she upgraded.... so please take my advice if you don't mind.... :-)

Guys! To those who updated XGO to ICS, did you notice thin lines when you tap on your phone? Try to look at the screen closely and tap it then you'll see those thin lines. This happened to my phone. sony will replace it with the same model.

Stated total memory of SD STORAGE is always at 4GB, even though I had a 32GB SD card in my Xperia Go. this is seriously annoying because I cant access the storage space I paid for.

my xperia go ringtone and notification sound can't be hear in the crowded place...have anyone have the same problem with me?
