The Xperia Go doesnt have 320x480 resolution it has 854x480. It has Reality display which can be read as high pixel density!

Looking at the spec and physical appearance.. IMHO this is not really a successor to active.. it's just another 'option' for rugged mid range android from SONY/SE.. compare to ACTIVE both has IP67 sertificiation, but this GO lacks front cam, less sharp screen res while giving bigger screen n slimmer shape plus better hardware.. if only it has 480x854 res like xperia u , and keep the front cam then this one is trully a successor..

active people on the go sometimes need an extra battery with them, how can you do this if it has an embedded battery? i hope you bring in the xperia gx and sx internationally, which i believe both have removable batteries.

It's fine with me that there isn't a front camera because I don't even use it on my current phone. Also, regarding the low resolution screen, does that mean the battery life will last a little longer or is the difference negligible? My other phone short circuit when it got wet so at least if I get this phone, I don't have to worry too much when it's raining.

mediocre battery. It needs way more juice if it wants to go the distance for active users.

I don't mind with low pixel res. Yes it has a good point. I already have Live walkman, I'm very happy with it. I just want SONY style, I'm done with curvy style.

If the price is not too high i'll get it as soon as it's released.

u guys realize that sony currently only produce 5mp@12mp for thier phones? i think it is maybe they are more pocus to produce 8mp camera for iphone..
