Just one very important note for anyone thinking of buying this phone...you'll have only about 5GB for installing apps. The external SD card can only be used to store your own media files like music, photos, and videos but you CAN'T install apps on the external SD card. So if you're planning to download a lot of games or maps or whatever I guess you'll need a phone with a much larger storage capacity. Regarding the performance of the device it seems to be working well on android 2.3.7 (Gingerbread). I don't recommend upgrading to I.C.S or J.B. because it makes the phone much slower.

I bought this phone it is dust resistant so ear phone holes are covered I use to hear song that cover is broken only once my phone fell down it won't work most of the Sony xperia phones are like that only like Miro don'tbuy Sony go for Nokia or Samsung they will work longer

i really regret buying this phone. it says that its water resistant and i saw on its advertisement that even flashed with strong water or dipped in a pool it wont be damaged. I brought it with me in a beach and it got wet suddenly the power was no longer working. after i sent it back for warranty they said it was void because it got soaked. Never TRUST sony...they just fool the customers

I have this phone and I've had nothing but harp heartache with it. I've returned it three times so far for the same fault. I have never had a phone that is this problematic. Don't buy it.
