hey guyz.. sony is good in its class specially audio and video..... xperia GO is the best phone in this price class.. very rugged.. strong... and performance is awsum in gingerbread os.... im from rohtak and have done all test which sony claims on XGO... and must say sony is right.. i have white color phone... and every app game runs smoothly..also having xperia arc running icecream sandwich....LUV U SONY

Just uograde my contrct to xp go,disaterous!!! phone cuts off calls & doesnt auto answer on the bluetooth for the car. wish id never opted for thih phone

This phone is amazing, and there is no problem with the ICS too, in fact it consumes less battery in battery saving mode

went from s2 to XGO...only because i prefer water resistant phones........damn best move i made.
nothing wrong with s2 its a good fone, but the XGO.....its a....SONY! (80's gimmick line)

Pathetic battery life , very poor reception , drops calls , bluetooth erratic , not impressed , worst Sony phone ever.

Hi FRiends,
from the past one half month am using go.
Features and disadvantages:
1)camera clarity is superb
2) touch sensitive is awsome
3) in mobile specifications they mentioned the RAM size is 512MB.but only 389MB displaying.
4)Pls don't upgrade Android4.0(ICS) performance is too slow.just wait till march end for Jellybeans update
5)while playing games(Temple Run)sometimes it's getting hanged because of low RAM 389MB
6)even mobile is idle and no internet, charge is discharging automatically..worst batter backup
7)even using battery saver mode charge capacity is very less
8) sound clarity is too good with otherheadset notwithstanding in inbuilt Sony Xperia headset
9) internet performance is too good..use Google chrome for browsing..such a wonderful browser
10) in specifications they mentioned as mini SIM.but no need to cut SIM..you can use SIM as it is without cutting.
11) easy to handle..less. weight..
12) main disappointment is there is no front camera for 3G call
13)even 'mobile fall down from my hand go s. working without any problem

I dont know why are people facing the issues with ICS update, I m using it too but never got major performance issues with it. Yesterday I was using Galaxy Note of my friend and it was lagging while swiping through homescreens, seeing that i am very happy with how my XGO is performing. These lagging issues are with android itself which google has tried to remove or lessen in the Jelly Bean version and fortunately we're getting it.
And those who are worried about the waterproofing of the phone, I myself washed my phone under the tap for sometime and the phone is still working fine (infact I m writing this post from XGO). This is the link to my video :- http://m.youtube.com/watch?hl=en-GB&gl=GB&client=mv-google&v=3-4P6sOqtNA
Also there is a battery saving mode in ICS update which when turned on increases both the battery standby and usage time drammatically..

Guys Attenion Don't Upgrade Xperia go to ICS 4.0 because this upgade is very very very very bad for this mobile go to sony support forum to see many problems for this upgrade.
Just Wait Jelly Bean upgrade in end of March

I purchased sony xperia GO mobile and after 3 weeks its fall in to the water up to 1 to 2 min only sudenly my mobile was totaly dead. i have given my mobile to nearest service center but he told that they can,t attend this mobile plz u contact mount road branch to solve this problem and next day i went to accel frontline ltd and gave my mobile and after 2 days they called me that your mobile can,t able to service in my center then were can i go......i have been stunned. so plz don,t buy this mobile.now iam moving to consumer court......

Sony xgo is the best so far.but my phone does not function well like a 3g.my ininternet is slow sometimes.and it on off browser.can I put the blame on local network service?from Ghana
